We visited Dr Desai hospital today for our daughter and we r fully satisfied with the atmosphere at the hospital and presence of receiving the patient and treatment is up to level. We highly recommend this hospital for good treatment for your eye care issues......writing this again after 9 months of our visit to this hospital for my daughter.. doc advised to get new glasses which are good for 2months from the date of purchased from the same hospital that the staff suggested to buy from hospital only so that they should response for what every problem with glasses till six months of purchase.... and after 2months problem started as both sides of glasses frame was broken and due to lock down we cant able to visit hospital and when we visit last week and ask for replace of frame they forget about their promises which they told to replace for any issue with glasses till 6 months as the period was over but their was a lock down also up to 3months which they can easily can replace without any cost .... but surprisingly the staff behaviour was total different then the first visit and they talked rudely and told upfront that only 3months of valid for glasses which any product cant be damage within 3months but i asked for one time replace but they told frankly cant able to do but we need to pay extra 500 for frame... as we was paid double amount of glasses which can easily we can get for half price from outside.... but for outside purchase hospital staff have other story as they r not responsible for that...this is the response we faced when visit second time..... i am not blaming this hospital nor the doctor as doctor was treated and receiving of patient was soo good but staff need to change their behaviour and they need at least some common sense to convince the patient not like in rude way...although here who was written the reviews might be not visited second time or i dont know and i agree that its my fault i should need to get a valid warranty card for glasses when the time of purchasei am writing this much long review because of people not go to any hospital with just read reviews but can know well from other peoples and get clear information about product warranty and all..... thank you

I have visited this hospital by seeing all positive reviews for my computer vision syndrome as Im a software engineer which I spend more screen time the doctor is polite he checked my eyesight and gave ointment and suggested to cysal prevencia glasses which costed around 4300 only for lens after checking he wrote in the prescription I have sperical type of eye site problem invested 7 k fory spects and after started using I felt complete discomfort and visited doctor again he checked again and told u have same site and same settings like sperical he suggested to use for 15 days I forcefully used the same spects as I spent more money then I started loosing my vision and unable to see the screen I havr 0.75 site and after the spects suggested by this doctor every thing is blur I front of screen and ralised to see other doctor in Nellore and found he have given wrong type of spects to me and bought new spects again and now its netter this guy played with my eyes and never trust this guy better go for other hospital dont donate your eyes to him please
