Good store has variety of electronics and household items and essential items required for our day to day life.Very congested entrance no proper space for parking the vehicles need to park on the road side which is the busiest route in the town.Store can be easily located, next to the Busstand. Dont see the staff wearing masks even during the pandemic times.

I have changed my rating after 4 months. . Rates are lower than in any show room in Nellore. . Only thing is we should not prefer @ lunch time. Post sales service is very bad. I have a taken two 1.5 ton split Panasonic acs from Nellore sonavision on01.03.2020 manager is nice gentle behaviour and technical person are nice but they will start from showroom morning 10.30 am to attend to work and will take time two hours for 3kms to attend ,they might be coming by walk. I mean we can not expect them on time. If we have any questions to be asked show room staff will not able to lift the phone call 2nd time call. Management should take proper steps to train them atleast once in a month to improve the sales. So many Mnc companies itself are going in losses and......because of behaviour of staff. Take it easy sir my request to management is just to give proper counselling through regular meetings To improve more sales and try to give better service to the customer,each customer is valuable for management please. Thank you sir. My REMARKS are only in service problem please not on sales please.iam totally not satisfied with the fitting of outdoor units sir,I noticed the problem and requested the technician AFROZE he is not able to listen and taken 2000 rupees apart from payment made in show room rupees 1200 for both units ,I hope management will review and sort out my problem as early as possible,today also I requested the show room sales man samad.to rectify the fitting of out door units. They said person will come home and give a demonstration on the product. They didnt come till now. Whenever we call them they say now, tomorrow, after some time but still didnt came.
