This place is not maintained properly. In all sections like the display on racks, Trolley condition, stacking of materials irregular, Billing counters etc;A proper Manager with a good team work can achieve proper results. The customer service and the price can do wonders.

This property has a very bad organised stock and there ia not any person available to help you out to find something you are looking for.

It is a very long time ago place amd coming in nellore over decades it is a very good place for shopping can see for discounts get official and company products a very fine and large place for shopping and a place where can u get all things at a time so its a time saving place and i given 4 stars because of the waiting lines and its not a fault of shop its due to very crowded people

Newly setup place. Good ambience. They were still stocking up items. The cash/billing counters were not well organized to handle a queue of customers, hopefully they are going to sort that out soon.

They dont have enough digital payment services. For instance, this morning I purchased couple of items and at the checkout counter they said only PhonePe is only available and that to only through sms feature. There were no scanner available hence I was unable to make all purchases. They dont have Google Pay as well. Apart from Cash, Cards they should have more options to pay digitally.

Located right at the centre of the town,surrounded by lot of marriage function halls.Expect lot of annoying and congestion due to parking of vehicles on the road and the sound.Inside the mart the frequent offers announcement is just annoying hope the frequency of the announcement is reduced to some extent.only good thing about them is the employees are following the COVID precautions to some extent compared to others.

Not all what we required exists, we have purchase what there. Prices of Dals, oils are always high compared to regular market. Better to purchase fancy items but not provisions.

No offers, all offer labels are wrongly placed.Store manager is worst, seems he is not at all checking any offer boards, price tags, billing also too much delay.D mart is 1000 times better than this place

In this two floored supermarket, discounts will be given for just about everything. Billing takes more time though.They will say that home delivery is available if the distance is less than 5 kms. But they rudely refused to deliver to my home which is less than 3 kms away from this place.

The shop is like a godown.over loaded with huge stock,arranged allover.not at all organised and maintained.But items are fresh.

Very bad experience... If you buy any product here in this shop.. you can exchange with in 14 days. But you cant exchange on same day even if you have proper bill...the shop is big but customer should buy only limited products which can be carried only in 2 wheeler... As no parking for 4 wheeler is available.. I asked the guy where to park the car, he simply answer we dont have 4 wheeler parking.. you cant shop here if you come in 4 wheeler..What is the use of such big shop when proper parking is not available for customers..

Items management is quite nice. Availability of trolleys is less. Parking is quite difficult as it contains little space for parking.

Bill counts are degraded again no que sustem and no one collecting the left over trayslcycles and instead some are chit chatting over the front desk Bout personal issue when I ask them abouy 2l soft drinks,bill counters should have nfc enabled pco but none of bill counters having them and they said sorry this is the new pco and we have old pco thats why its not working WOW

They are careless about the leftover trollies and baskets not even helping customers to choose products while am asking about a missing product they said it will be their sir if not ask manager and started to chit chat with co workers and while billing no que they bill both side which open and tracking section I dont understand why they kept 8 billing desks they can keep only 2 if they bill 2 sides and pos arent working properly nfc supported pos are limited and panademic measures were not followed inside of the store

Biggest reliance mart in nellore. Strict management is needed, mart opens at 8.00am. not 7.30am. There is less competition for them, so workers become lazy and careless.

Its a worse experience.... There were no wide varieties of products and sales executives were not responding properly. Please dont keep high expectations while going. Some products are very close to expiery date. While taking products please look into the expiery date
