I dont want to give 1 star also, as they dont provide service agent no. too. Their service is very poor. They dont respond. They shifted their office and they even dont provide new address. New office coordinates are --14.4116710, 79.9455980@beside road of ramalayam, near mahila pranganam, gandhi nagar, nellore.

I am sorry to say this. ECOM express service is very worst in nellore, why because there is no responsible person to take ownership of the shipments, no delivery of the shipments in time. No information of why the goods are being returned back to the sender.

My order is at hub from past 1 week and the package is not delivered. I personally went to the centre to pick up my order and their response it is not yet reached and it will take another 5 days. If with in same area it is taking 11 days (7 days of already delayed and 5 extra days as per them) to deliver and still not sure whether it will deliver or not. If I call the customer care, they will say your order will be delivered tomorrow and that tomorrow never came.

They asked me to come and collect the courier. When I asked they should deliver it to home address. Then the reply they gave me tripped me off, if I need courier I have to come and collect at ecom office.

My orders reached to Nellore hub at 25 July, still the orders not came to delivery point. Any time the tracking shows as in transit.* One of my order came from #Bangalore on 25th July to this point, after 28th July theres nothing status of my order. From 12th August the package is not sent to delivery point, its send to #Delhi. This service point team doing the work with irresponsible.* Anyhow the order delivery is cancelled by Ecomexpress delivery center, instead of delay. Its too bad thing even Im request to delivery the package to me with cod.👎👎👎

Worst Delivery Service of all Time. Delivery agent cheat and lie all the time. The delivery agent called and said he couldnt deliver today so he will do that tomorrow. But many tomorrows passed and he didnt deliver. When asked the customer service, they replied that we(customer) was not available at the location. Every time when called, the customer service agent says that the package will be delivered within 24-48 hours and ofcourse many 24-48 hours will pass and they wont deliver it.Worst customer experience with Ecom Express.Please for God sake do proper duty...
