Poor management, staff never turn to customers in the showroom, poor receiving, lack of sales moto first, Staff never worried about walk-ins,suggestion to management to focus on staff trainings. And daily centralised leads management.

Visited 6big show rooms @Nellore. Finally Purchased 6Seater dining table with good discount@DAMRO. Excellent furniture with quality and variety, though little bit high cost, which should be paid for brand and quality. Professional attitude is not observed in staff, first -ve. Non availability of carpenter services for minor repairs @ branded furniture show room..a big surprise, 2nd negative. Free door delivery not available for discounted prices, third negative. Otherwise,it should be 5*.

Very Good location, friendly staff. The place is two floor and has more sofa collection than cots and dining tables. Lighting Is nit bad. Too many display furniture for a such size of space would reduce the Grandness and brand value

Damro has no service or repair in Nellore town. The showroom has sales only. Sofa has repair and gave a complaint 3 months ago in their shop. Still no repair so far. Every week they call and say the repair men havent come yet from Hyderabad and Vijayawada.

Lots of options, but furniture is quite costly for what you get in return !
