Very polite, customer centric and professional staff. The gentleman at the billing desk could speak multiple languages fluently and was very informative. The person who collected the sample was equally good and without even asking for they offered senior citizen discount.

Extremely helpful staff. They also do sample collection from home. Location on Google maps vs location picked up from Uber is different. This diagnostic is on the main road towards Alkapuri circle.

I have done multiple tests here. Experience was good. No need to follow up for test results they whatsapp the results as soon as it comes.
