Very unprofessional Clinic with over smart staff, I visited here on 22 Jan 2019.1) After an appointment was fixed I got my number after one hour.2) I was also given an option to book an urgent appointment at Rs 800 fees.3) Doctor has given only 4-5 minutes for inspection.4) Doctor has written mostly locally manufactured medicines.5) I was asked to take the medicines from the tie up medical store so called Samiksha Medicals which was small shop with no license display and two men with no knowledge of medicines, their use and schedule of medicines. They were not able to read the prescription. But as medicines were very locally branded so I was not expecting those medicines available at any other standard store.6) Then I went back to clinic and ask for Bill/Invoice for Doctors Consultation fees, they started giving me a strange look as ih I have asked for very strange thing.7) They were not giving bill to anybody. I asked for it forcefully therefore they have given me a invoice receipt.On an all it is very Unprofessional Dukan of earning money.

The staff is very rude. Even after allotting time they would make you wait for hours and hardly sees the patient for 5 mins. There are general meds for almost all the patients and things turn out fine as long as the meds are on.I personally hold no grudges against the doctor however the environment and staff is pathetic.
