Service was gd, bt place was not ok, we had to stay in sharp sunlight . an elderly lady was also suffering due to summer, at least shed must be there

Uneducated staff. behaviour of the staff is very rowdy. They’re not doing their duties. Staff is lazy & have no manners. Often use abusive language & refuse to do any service. Not even a person is doing his/her job. i visit on 08 oct 20 and ask to update aadhar. but they use abusive language after argument on the subject, They are said me to jo ukhar na hai ukhar le also tell me to do the complaint in suggestion box.
