Senco is a reputed brand in the field of Jewellery. This showroom is situated in a prime locality near Inorbit Mall. The staffs were polite and well behaved. Only regret was lack of variety and limited choices.

I was looking for jewellery in Bengali design. Since I hail from Calcutta I knew I would get that here. I purchased a Noa for my wife. Designs are limited unlike Calcutta store. Car Parking is not problem either you can keep in front of the shop for short time or else if you need spend more time here go to Inorbit mall and park there with as little as 40rs for day.

It was a good purchase experience. Staff were courteous and overall experience was good.

Both I and my mother had a very good experience in the Vashi branch of Senco jewellers. All the staff members were very courteous and helpful. Special mention of Deepanita and Avijit. Deepanita showed us a lot of various options and designs, and helped us choose. The speciality of this shop is they have beautiful designs in all ranges.Even in light weight jewelry they have plenty of options and eye catching designs, which is unlike most of other brands where they have more variety only in heavier jewelry.Also, they have lot of beautiful traditional bengali designs, which are not easily available in Mumbai.

One stop shop under one shade to look after your needs according to your budget. Very friendly staff. Excellent service.

Strictly avoid this shop as it’s nothing but unwanted trouble. I placed an order for a pearl ring and it was small in size. So I requested them to get that fixed and they repaired it with hammer and in turn the ring thickness was compromised and it’s now in a bad shape. So I went again to get that repaired by paying whatever is the price and they say they can’t take it for repair as they can’t remove the stone as their craftsman are in Kolkata and not based out of mumbai and to my utter shock suggested me to visit any local jewellery shop in mumbai and get that repaired. And if they could have taken it for repair it would have taken 50 days. This is a sheet harassment after spending so much of money and I truly feel cheated. Will never ever purchase anything from this shop as it’s just a great waste of money, time and a different level of harassment all together. They are least bothered post selling and their service is pathetic. They are simply bringing bad name to a well reputed brand of Kolkata with their service and attitude towards their customers.

Custom made designs are very different from the actual pieces on display. Time to process order is far too long. No parking and the collection is far from the authentic designs of Kolkata.

Very disappointed to know their repairs take a minimum 30 to 60 days or eve.n longer. Can no longer depend on them to buy new items. Have to look at options
