Management has given equal opportunity to all employees to develop his/her growth. Payments and fringe benift is getting on time too. Every year got good increments all deserve & performer employees.

It was great Working with Stem Consultancy. :)

I am fortunate to work for a company that encorages its employee to keep meeting new goals and gives them the support to do so.

As per my personal experience of being HR in this organization, I worked here for around 1 year and the management is very worst and pathetic, delay in salary, fake increment promises, employees are forced to stay after working hours and work from home. This company need slaves not employees. It seems as usual the current employees are forced to share positive review here.

It was a great experience working with Stem Consultancy Navi Mumbai.Overall development in all aspect of life whether its professional or spiritual or personal developed with great support. Think tank and always progressive attitude with advance planning towards business management. In one tag line its management institution for beginners or learners , a complete organization for experienced personal and huge opportunity for investors. Best regards to Mr. Bhartendu Vimal (CEO) . I ll be always grateful to him for giving me chance to work with his organisation .Thanks and RegardsPratap Jha

The company encourages us to take up new challenges and also support us to fulfil the same.

Employees doesnt get their salary on time as well as this consultancy promises fake increment upon interview and profiles get changed in this company. After training period we are forced to work for other department.
