Im a 2018 lottery winner (taloja sector 27) and have paid all the amount requested for the same. Its been over 3 months the possession process has started and cidco havent started giving possession for the following sector 27. In this pandemic everyone is having a hard time and we are paying rent and the loan emi at same time its been a burden since then, so its a humble request to kindly let us know when will the possession process will start for sector 27 taloja. Its really frustrating that we have paid the money for our house and still wont receive it worst experience.

Worst sevice ever, call didnt connect 15 min after that person who received call didnt know anything about our enquiry just says wait for one month since last 8 months I have getting same answer your problem will resolve automatically.

Dear Cidco nivara KendraI m a 2018 lottery winner. i have paid all the Installments , other charges and stamp duty almost over a month. but still the Agreement link not Showing n my Account. i have called many times at cidco nivara but always they answer like wait for 1 week or 2 weeks. i have waited over a month, still you want to me wait...pathetic service... very Disappointed

Bad service. I am waiting from 1 month but payment option not shown. And cidco nivara kendra Not receive the call and also email id is wrong shown on web. If receive the the lady says 2 din m ho jayega. Abhi tak nahi hua.

Too bad service unable to except, after 2.5 years emi deduction till date we dont get proper response from cidco, they dont show sample till date I visited about 10 times to show the sample flat but they dont allow to see me. In cidco nirvana kendara they dont pick up the call upto 30 minutes

3 class service in all MaharashtraNot receive the call even after 1 hour waiting. When you go to office will not response and support you as they are there for support and they take salary for that. Only because of this every one want government job no responsibility no work only take salary and ignore all your responsibility

These guys have crossed the limit of being irresponsible.I applied for lottery in 2019 after May and got response in 2020 Jun/Jul.I submitted the required document on time. And no response till date.They cannot follow the deadlines but expecting others to pay when they feel suitable.

Banks are working only for cash transactions and not ready to do any other work due to shortage of staff so how can we process our payment installment to cidco nivara website and cidco nivara is charging late penalties in this covid 19. This is not fair.

My application was rejected, but these people are actually very hard working. I went again to submit documents as per requirement, nivara Kendra staff has provided good and detailed information. They have lots of patience for handling too many people. Very good service. Hats off for such over time working hours.

We aplied for NOC but last 10 days left but still not received, very slow process the system is very slow they unable to handle properlythey not mention before at the time of allotment given time factors and all.now unnecessarily late charges are aplicable per day around 200 rs for paying installments

To,Marketing Manager II,CIDCO, Raigad Bhavan,3rd Floor, CBD Belapur,Navi Mumbai - 400614Subject- Allow part payment option in Payment of Installments in Mass Housing Scheme 2018 & 2019Respected Sir,Most of the allotees of CIDCO tenements are not able to fully pay their first installment approximately Rs. 3.12 lacs due on 24th October 2019 in one go.I hereby request CIDCO marketing manager II to intervene and allow part payment. So that we can take help of Banks to pay the first installment without any delay.Otherwise the purpose of affordable housing scheme will not be achieved.
