Its products are fantastic.

My wife has been a loyal customer since 2 years. She recently visited the store and the store manager request her to round of the cost by buying a nominally priced face wash in order to gain more points. My wife obliged and since the store was about to close she didnt bother to check the product added to the purchase. Once we reached home she realized that she already owns the same face wash and revisited the store to check if the franchise would mind exchanging the product with another same priced product. The store refused to oblige and informed that they only accept exchange requests for expensive products. While the products are good such appalling service is unappreciated. I personally will not endorse the store anymore as I was sold a product which I didnt intend to buy in the first place and later denied a simple and fare replacement request.
