After Sales service is Zero, leakage from pipes not repaired for 8 months, in spite of numerous complaints both written and verbal, no plumber for 3 months, now only one plumber for 9 buildings, support staff not professional, if you raise your concerns you are targeted

Akshar El Castillo, the best architectural marvel of Navi Mumbai. Being an architect I have studied and planned many projects in India but this one comes in my Top 10 Architectural Marvels in Mumbai List. There is nothing close to this project in Navi Mumbai & I don’t think there will be at least in next 10 years. Beautifully done, especially the dome & the entrance area. This project needs to be appreciated & be given the credit it deserves.

Request to All vendorsDont work in their project without advance Payment.They have not cleared vendors Payment from last 2 Year. And if someone stops their work for Payment issue they replace the vendor without clearing Payment of existing vendor. Akshar is Fraud Company for Vendors stay away from them.

I purchased a flat in green world airoli. Booked in 2011. Possession date was 2015. Till now no possession. No compensation. After putting complaint in rera. Rera pass order in favor of me (as per order rera asked builder to pay compensation from July 2017)For that also builder gone for rera tribunal, (reappeal). In reappeal also rera given order in favor of me. But where is the money? Again I have to file for execution of order. Then he may go in high court.I bought a flat is that my mistake? Why compensation is from July 2017. Why not from Jan 2016?Is rera doing a favor to me by giving builder a discount of grace period of 1.5 years? Or rera is doing favor to builder? What should aam aadmi like me to do now? I m going to tweet about this on prime minister of India portal.I waited for 9 years for my flat by investing hard earn money. I feel like frustrated now. shame on you akshar and its partner mount mary builders for green world project. you are playing with conman man. its not good.

0 out of 5. U cant say a Builder. 3rd class builder. Dont have capacity to complete such a big project like green world. Not capable at all. Think 1000 times before booking.
