Too glib is making sales, consumer needs to be careful. Went with a friend who wanted to puchase a new phone and get rid of the old one. Kept delaying the conversion about old phone, ultimately said pee nuts and my friend kept the phone. I hated the way the sales man chalked all this consciously. He was a sardar, anyways all of them seem like that.

Not at all Trustworthy, I have given my 2 Laptops at 2 different time, 1 for Screen chnage they have charged me Rs 7500 and put a second hand used Screen, I got to know about this when I have taken mah laptop after 2 months to Lenovo Authorised Service centre for SSD installation.Apart from that my Keyboard had a background light to work in Dim light even thats not functional after that. Other Laptop i have given to these guys for OS change, again its been 2-3 weeks and laptop crashed completely now as of todays date. All this happened June - Sept 2021.

I bought pc parts from here in 2018 and the recurring issue of motherboard (not the fault of the seller) was tackled by them; at last it got replaced due to one of the employees effort. Their repairing subsidiary is good but may be better in terms of correctly assessing the issues in a more systematic method.

I had given by gaming laptop here for repairing. Due to voltage fluctuations, a certain chip in CPU had gotten damaged. Even though it was still under warranty, I gave my laptop here for repair since I needed it fixed quickly and service centers took more time to attend to your laptop. These guys gave it back to me after 2 says saying they couldnt fix the issue.Later did I realize, after giving my laptop at Computer Plus in Vashi, that these folks had damaged my WiFi network booster cables and punctured the thermal coolant gel container present in the laptop. Instead of fixing my laptop, they damaged a part which was working perfectly fine.These guys have a monopoly in Kharghar since they are the only reputed place with this service. To maintain this reputation and trust with the Kharghar locals, maybe its time to hire technicians better at their job.If you own an expensive laptop and dont want to risk more damages to your already defective laptop, Id suggest go to Vashi Plaza and give your laptop at a place with good ratings. Computer Plus would be my recommendation.

Today i visited global it park as i wanted to purchase a laptop. i asked for helios 300 laptop and nitro 5 laptop the person on counter said no such laptops are avilable on market. (Model name is wrong) when asked me card payment is available he said only cash no card payment.

Stock is good but their warranty service is not trustworthy. Over period of time service is going down.Return is NOT acceptable. Once Item is sold they dont care. Not even warranty products.In online purchase you can get item at better price and also able returned it if you dont like.

I bought motherboard, cabinet, RAM etc. From global it park on 23rd November of 2017. While purchasing they said that they will serve you at you doorstep if any problem arises. The machine is not even a month old and has restarting problems. I called them but they are not supporting now. These people are really laiers. If someone got cheated or if they have not fulfilled their promises, can we make some complains to police or consumer care?

Other department is average.....But Computer and laptop accessories and service department is very bad, Worst service, very bad experience,I think they sell some refurbished item,
