My printer started producing dull print outs in the past weeks. I contacted Mr Khatiyar of Secure Sustem & Services. I offered to bring my inkjet printer to his office. He advised me over the phone to download a software and guided me through it. In about 10 minutes, he asked me to take a print out. I did. The output was good. He explained the reason for the dull prints and advised me how to prevent the recurrence of this issue in future.
