Could see RACISM in their interviews as they are super partial with candidates from other states.I dont know about other HRs but I happened to meet this big fat guy who didnt even recruit one Andhra guy from tens of them who appeared for the interview. If you happen to see this guy, just act as if youre a tamilian and you have the job.But yet, I have to appreciate the lady HRs who took our preliminary rounds. They created a positive environment and not at all partial and in fact encouraging.Losing it in the final round was sad. But yeah, its a part of life. Cheers! Just be careful guys!

Ive completed GD, technical 1 round. In final round I got rejected. They said since it is US based company Im not having enough communication level to work with them. I have skills and knowledge, and upto fresher level I have enough communication to speak. Im totally not satisfied with the process. I was like dreaming to work with them but now its over.

Their recruitment is only based on Consultancy so that both of them get benefitted ! I have applied more than 10 timesbut i didnt get any response ..But my friend got response even in the first apply because he went through consultancy..... Finally they accepted my request and in first round(Group Discussion) , i get rejected even though I have said relevant points ...Totally 10 students in my group and none of them were selected except a guy(who attended the GD via consultancy) ...Dont know why , most of the companies playing with freshers life .....

The worst interview I had attended!My interview process started with GD at the end of August. Later I got through with 1st technical, 2nd technical round, HR round which all happened virtually. They called me for face to face round to Chennai ( I stay outside Tamilnadu). I had to travel immediately as they had told me the interview was the next day.I attended the interview and answered all the HR and technical related questions which were the same questions asked 1st and 2nd technical round earlier.They rejected me saying I didnt have skills for the role which was for fresher role and the recruiters didnt find about my skills in the 1st and 2nd round intially.They made me travel all the way to Chennai with this fake interview. My expenses was taken care by me and they didnt bother to arrange anything as I was new to the place!Please! If the company official is reading this please consider my pain behind this process.This review is given with a pain so that no one else goes through this!

Totally waste my time and days because I attended the interview from group discussion , technical round 1 in a gap of 1 day they invite me to attend final technical interview I except more on this but what scenario is they asked same questions copy from previous round 1 in very lazy manner around 13mins atlast they said ur grammatic mistakes are more so wait and see.I think for the time pass only they are wasting our time .This reason is reviewed by many of the people before .It is seriously TRUE

Worst interviews how please train your HR team how to differentiate between freshers and experienced.If you are hiring candidates from backdoor or consultancy then why the hell the interviews for other candidates. Wasting of time of unemployed peoples.Wasted my time for 2 days

Not recommended for freshers and experience persons. They dont have proper process to work. One man will handle 5 man works at a time. There is no timing for work. daily more than 14 hours you have to spend for work, but they will not satisfied. Even Saturday and Sunday you have to take work from home.

Not recommend to attend interview here especially fresher as well as experienced candidate.They conduct three rounds1. Group discussion2. Written test( Technical related)3. A bad HR interview( Face to Face)HR not having knowledge how to treat a fresher candidate. HR randomly asking question by searching in Google. HR motive is not select the candidate even if you answered correctly . HR concentrate only on consultancy candidate . Company seems to be nice ambient, but the interview process is not transparent, they hired for qa trainee didnt mention whether it is manual or automation, Im basically from automation domain fresher but the questions all asked from manual testing I managed to answer it clearly except very few...I really feel that much of knowledge is enough for trainee qa..But one commonly asked question in this company if youre really good at communication is are you willing to join BD Team o,not once but twice it was just a bitter experience

Kindly Note : dont waste your time by attending interview at avasoft.I think they have no idea of recruiting candidates,they are simply wasting our time ,after n number of rounds(includes only technical and hr rounds) they will tell you that u r not confident enough bla bla like tat and this entire process prolongs for two three days.my doubt is that if u know that a candidate is not fit for the role or not confident enough u will know in the first round itself or may be in the second round tell us there itself dont ask us to come on other day.Dont waste our time thats it**cheaters**

Inside environment was ok but they wont give a proper response for us mostly they took an interview per day 1 round and after 2nd 3nd round they told us u got selected for CEO round we will call but they didnt call us we need to wait wait wait we will never got the result. My personal opinion with avasoft is positive. Because i joined as a trainee software engg a month before and within this 30 days i came to know the actual process of developing software and Im happy with their training process. Now kick starting my programmer journey from today. So far they thought me the process, now going into the actual dev part. Little nervous and excited about the dev war.
