The place was good as always on what they do ... They just live up to their brand name and reputation. But they could improve on the store experience like when you go to an icecream parlour you should get excited, the ambience should be exciting, all the ibaco stores in general they look like they need some excitement and some energy.But the overall experience was good ... And all the best for their future endeavours.

Cool place for having ice creams. Good chairs which are colourful and nice arrangement. Nice varieties and collection of ice creams, ice cream cakes. New idea of ice cream milkshakes are supercool. But need to concentrate more on customer service. The servers have to be more aware of the available items and improve in responding.The add ons in ice creams get drier and harder before completing a scoop.

I ordered fruit and blackcurrant drizzle ice cream cake and received this...after contacting the manager of the outlet,he informed me that it is the updated version of the same cake and the catalogue image remains unchanged...just annoyed to the core...such a big brand they are and being lethargic about such updates is hilarious...and look at the update they have launched- no fresh cream icing on top,just cherry pillars...that generous amount of white chocolate shavings though😤....better to have ordered a fresh cream cake from some good bakery...ruined birthday...Gutted...CLOSEFISTED UPDATE OF IBACO ICECREAM CAKES👎!!!

Came here several years before when it started. As of today, the variety of milk shakes is good. They provide a neat takeaway bottle as well. They could offer milk shakes in 200ml and 350ml size as well. If they post pictures of their exclusive varieties, it will not only showcase their speciality, but also easy for customers to choose.dont go with u r family they wil get heart attack by seeing those size and rate

2 Ibaco ice cream parlour availabe near by our house (K.K.Nagar & Narayanapuram). Both the parlours are very clean nd neet. Ac in working condition. Lot if varieties available. Workers are very responsible persons. Chairs & tables are available. Availabe Ice cream cakes,cones,toppings etc.... For parcel they give no of cups,tissues,sticks. Good service.
