We bought Dyna Battery from fair traders, Jaisawal electronics. And it stopped working after 2-3 months as there was some fault in the battery. We took the battery to the shop and asked him to exchange the battery or refund the amount. At the time of purchase he was very polite and firm. And when we told him about the fault his behaviour was really rude.Trader name- Bechu Lal Jaisawal, Nautanwa, UP.
