Nice little cabinet mixed of a bit of every things in there, very fresh, best coffee in the uni so far, price are reasonable, good place for afternoon tea meet up at cafe Rossa👍

My girl ordered an iced long black in the morning, but got an iced mocha instead. She went up to correct it and they did remake it for her but instead of issuing an apology or a correction in the pricing (iced LB is cheaper than a mocha), they blamed her for ordering incorrectly. I know that you mightve miss-heard and thats fine, but blaming the customer?? It ruined her mood entirely for the rest of the morning. Such BS customer service. What ever happened to customer comes first?

This is such a nice little restaurant/cafe, the pizzas here are delicious and so worth the money as well, i had the special spaghetti carbonara today and it was delicious, when the waiter served me my pasta he even asked if i wanted pepper and sprinkled it on my pasta for me like a fancy restaurant, the service here is also very good and the staff are so friendly😁😁😁. Would definitely recommend this place.

Simple restaurant with a limited menu and below-average quality food. Their coffee is good with an acceptable taste at an affordable price.

Reasonably standard Uni cafe. Nothing super special about the food or prices. The staff have always been friendly and the food arrives reasonably quickly.

The Worst customer service.

I used to come here a lot last year mainly for a cup of coffee. I ordered tall mocha in my keep-cup and the girl wrote mocha on my cup with a permanent marker! (which has never happened before). I tried to remove it but unfortunately it left me with stain. The coffee was not that great either Id probably not gonna get my coffee here again.

Almost always awful coffee. Its either burnt or tastes as if its been run through days old dish water. $5.10 for a large coffee that I am certain is not 3 shots of espresso. Maybe had 5 good coffees here out of 200 (yeah, not much choice for coffee at Nathan)

I am giving them two stars because they make decent caramel lattes. They charge a stupid price for almond milk (I buy it all the time at the shops its pretty cheap nowadays) and they have some of the worst customer service I have ever seen at a coffee shop. I go to this cafe almost every single day and order the EXACT same thing every single time and they still have to ask what I want every morning. BRUH I COME HERE EVERYDAY. Not only that but they never smile and they act like taking your order is a hugely inconvenient request. To top it all off, the other day I paid $5.50 for my latte and IT WASNT EVEN FULL TO THE TOP!

Good simple menu with real gluten free options, decent coffee, pleasant staff.

The coffee here is nice but Sofia is the only one with excellent customer service. The other ladies are very cold taking your order and look like their face would crack if they tried to smile. The food is hit and miss, sometimes really good sometimes completely tasteless. Also, they charge ridiculous prices for extras for your coffee. I ordered a hot chocolate with almond milk and it was $5.50 - are you freaking kidding me.

Went there a couple weeks back, I saw one staff member look at a waiting line of customers and turn her back, and when another staff member asked her to serve she rolled her freaking eyes! The barista completely forgot about my coffee and my toasted sandwiches were cold before I received it.

The worst customer service. Was served by an arrogant girl who initially ignored me standing there. She went on to make my cappuccino by burning the milk then pouring straight cold milk into the cup to cool it down. Should have asked for a refund. The next time I ordered a pizza and wanted tomato sauce. Same girl. She didnt seem to realise that her order notes come up on the screen. She wrote add tom you c*** on the order!! Couldnt believe it! Avoid!

Cabinet food, particularly the banana bread was putrid. And the customer service was atrocious. Also, I don’t know how but the coffee that is served always tastes burnt and is lukewarm. Nasty!

Horrible ice chocolate. It was just a tiny bit of ice cream in a cup of luke warm milk. No ice or cream. For $5.50. Im extremely disappointed. Will never be coming here again.
