From sipcot entrance to intellect office there will be a good road infra we have. After the 700meters we dont have any black top road. And in the night sometimes the street lights are not working

Need to fo inside navalur toll gate.If you have your own vehicle, prefer this apartment, else u cant get atleast a share auto or ola auto.Rents are affordable compared to other communities.

Its completely away for communication. Soo many rules for both the owners and tenants from the association

Just 1KM from Siruseri IT Park and OMR toll gate. Good under ground water (can be used for drinking water ). Lot of open space.Has gym and swimming pool.pollution free air. Good community to live with.Mostly IT employees live here. Very good location for housing for Siruseri IT employees

The location is around 3kms inside, so but difficult for bus and others. Association members puttingbso much of rules and maintenance antbis too high for this apartment...

Good place but lack of transportation.we have to be own vehicle then only we can go easily otherwise Everytime to prefer cabs.there are no supermarkets or shops near by us.we have to go Everytime to main road to bring items.safety is good and childern play ground is available.swimming pool & gym also available.
