It was a wonderful experience meeting old school friends
We had a wonderful trip @ Utopia Farmstay in Nashik, where you experience silence and peace. The place is just beautiful, well maintained and personally crafted by the owner of the property. The mornings and evenings are just serene with birds chirping around and the beautiful lake bang opposite the property. All the rooms are beautifully made . The property is very near to some of the well know n vineyards of Nashik such as Sula, York Winery etc. Lots of restaurants around for Lunch and Dinner. The hosts prepare some wonderful breakfast and are a great company. Just a perfect weekend to detox your mind and body. Highly recommended
Good peaceful stay nice sweet owners good host
Beautiful place to relax. Far from the madding crowd. There is a lake just ahead. No TV and not much mobile connectivity ensures a clean break from urban life. There are 3 Wineries within 2 kms. Home made breakfast tops it all.
A wonderful gem nestled near Gangapur dam in Nashik! It is simple yet elegant and perfect to relax with the entire family. The hosts are just lovely too. We are sure we will be visiting many more times and recommend it to everyone looking to escape the chaos of the city.
Its a lovely place to momentarily escape the busy city life. Sula and York wineries are very close to the farms - a 5-10 min drive. My favourite part was sipping some York wine in the cold weather and making new friends including the lovely hosts.
Excellent location to detoxify yourself. Host were really good. Utopia is an experience and a place you must visit to spend time with your dear ones and to cut off from the technological world outside. Food is bit of an issue if you dont plan or order in advance. Suggestion to carry snacks with you especially if you are with kids.
I would like to share my experience with this natures piece of happiness... A place which was a treat to all my senses... Natures beauty preserved in a such a pure format was something I thought didnt exist anymore..Its worth it.. This place will definitely give you a pure touch of life.. Which is lost nowadays in phones.. & on social media.. people here are so friendly and welcoming...which made me feel right at home.. If asked to say it in a line.. I would say I redeemed myself to its natures beauty & peace.!!
Great place to stay very clean . Best place in Nashik to stay. It’s a must visit place. Breakfast is outstanding. Rooms are perfect for a family
This place is magical....You would never want to go back from Utopia..You will find your own space and peace of mind..... Sit anywhere around this property and you can sit there for hours without getting bored. One could only breathe fresh air.. Not only that, Even their rooms are so beautiful.. and well designed and extremely clean and cozy. Me and my family were overwhelmed with the care and treatment we got from the Kher Family, Thanks a lot again for the surprise cake..getting an extra blanket for my baby... We took back such beautiful memories from the place & knowing such a lovely family and thank you guys for making Utopia..The experience was more than 5star...This is on my favourite destination list now. Thank you.. Much love.
Utopia Farmstay was that perfect getaway we were looking for. The sound of the winds, the chirping of birds, can be heard in the calmness and quietness here. The host was very warm and welcoming. They serve homemade breakfast and I especially liked their tea cakes. A tea is served in the evening as well. We enjoyed watching the sun setting over the Gangapur river/dam. They have a lovely farm where they grow Spinach, Tomatoes, Onions, Garlics etc. They also give complimentary coupons for wine tasting and tasting at York and Sula Vinery. Both are around 5 and 10mins away respectively.Lovely stay and we spent a lovely time here.
Had a most relaxing and enjoyable stay at Utopia Farmstay. Very different and unique ambience. The weather was quite cool, so we enjoyed bonfires at night and in the morning. The home made food was delicious and appetizing.Ofcourse the best part are the hosts. Adwait and Uttara are excellent hosts and personally look after each guest. Will definitely look forward to going again...
An excellent place to take your family or friends. Simplicity and yet comfortable rooms. Excellent hospitality. A place where the wicked can rest!
Words cannot describe ! This place is so amazing...
What a place!! It is amazingly placed amidst nature surrounded by farms, offering views of a nearby lake. Perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate.Simple yet stunning. The rooms are quite big and cosy, the lawns neat and very very clean, the rooms/houses have clay coatings to keep them cool. The furniture and fixtures are very tasteful and rustic. Chill in the lawns or sit on the swings enjoying the light cool breeze. You could even go to the lake for a swim! The only sounds would be the chirping of birds. The hosts Mr. and Mrs. Kher are very warm, welcoming and thoughtful. They will personally ask and make sure you are comfortable. Feels like home.Definitely going back soon!
We stayed at Utopia last weekend (early Jan 2020), and it was the perfect place for a serene and relaxed get away from the city. Located right near the lake, with its own patch of vegetable farm, and warm with angithis under the clear star lit sky, Utopia lived true to its name. Advait, was a marvelous host, getting us home cooked food made from the farm veggies. Its very close to sula and York winery. Recommend to all those looking for a quiet place away.
Most peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. Gracious hosts. Close to the winery but without the mayhem. Top amenities in a rustic environment. The serene evenings by the lake added to this ethereal experience.
An amazing place to be when you visit nasik next. Cottages with an ancient look with a great hospitality from the owner. No restaurant or kitchen though. Youll have to order food from nearby restaurants which are not bad either.
Utopia is the perfect example of a getaway from the city life, Advait and uttara are the great hosts, everything was so uniquely designed and planned. Each room has different story. The view is to die for, you can just unwind and relax with a nice glass of chai or wine. The homemade breakfast is just an addition to the serene mornings.
Wonderful, peaceful and welcoming place. The perfect boutique accomodation from which to explore the nearby wineries. Run by a lovely and very helpful couple. Check in before visiting the wineries for some assistance and good deals. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and airy. Excellent fittings and bathrooms. Nice and private. No accomodation for drivers but they have a contact at a nearby hotel who can assist. Breakfast was delicious and home cooked. Food from nearby restaurants can be delivered.
Amaaaazing place! Warm hosts, simple yet luxurious houses, and absolutely nothing to do. Just lie down on the grass and take in the nature around you.Beautiful lake, vast fields and a clear sky...Must visit if you like to just lay down with your family and chill!
We had a great stay in one of the cottages. They are rustic but extremely clean and well maintained and very tastefully done. Hats off to Adwait who met us personally and the staff and he made us feel at home. It is a labor of love— the cottages and the lawns and it shows. If you need a place to relax this is it Thanks Adwait.
Absolutely stunning location with equally stunning hosts.Uttara & Advaidt the hosst made the stay memorable and extremely comfortableThe location is on gangapur lake which is the reservoir of river godavari, the place is so serene and peaceful that it became difficult to leave the positively charged place.Dinner is served upon request and the homemade meal are an added bonus.York winery which is nearby is a great option for lunch and so Sula Vineyards with its several eating options.Utopia is a must visit for those who enjoy solitude and nature at its fullest.
I cant wait to go back!We were 4 friends and the moment we landed here, you should have seen the happiness on our faces. It is such a relaxing place without any hustle or noise. And the Breakfast got us like Oh my God .I would recommend this place to everyone
A place to truly unwind. Clean and beautiful. a stone throw from godavari river. Run by a gem of couple, who personally take a lot of pains to see that you are truly comfortable. Food is delicious.
Utopia is the perfect place to just relax, reboot and reconnect with your thoughts in the midst of nature and come back refreshed. The hosts - Adwait and Uttara are extremely delightful and warm and make one feel at home right from the moment that you get there. It is evident that Utopia is made with a lot of love by them. Every little detail of the place is looked at by the both of them and it makes the place feel like home.
Its a wonderful place, very tastefully done. Amazing scenic view, very close to nature... Must go for everyone

Adwait is an excellent host. Engages in relaxed conversation making you feel at home. Specklessly clean place, good breakfast. Perfect farmstay.
Location - GoodHospitality - PoorKids friendly - Not much, we were told by owner that cobra and snakes are in the vicinity.Rooms - OK. under the tag of FARMSTAY, basic amenities like dental kit, room heaters, hair dryer, etc missing.Food - not available, we need to run to nearby restaurants for all 3 meals. They dont even arrange for food deliverycost - definitely high
2 days in the laps of the wine capital and it was bliss.Nashik, a small town was Natures treat to us, with all it had to offer. We stayed at a farmhouse - Utopia Farmstay, located adjacent the Gangapur lake and surrounded by a blanket of flora.Lush green !!The moment we entered, we gave up our itinerary for 2 days and decided to spend time with nature. The host couple : Adwait & Uttara have done a fabulous job in setting up the farmhouse. The place is so serene, pure and all it brings is synchronous with Mother nature. Starting with the wooden interiors that are all reclaimed Wooden furniture, the lamp holders are made by re-using used plastic bottles and jute. Just so rustic and real !Coming over to the exteriors, the rustle of wind and the gushing stream is music to the ear. Waking up to the rhythm of the bamboo chimes was magical! The cacophony of the birds in the vicinity was such a refreshing tone and the melancholy of the peacocks made our morning !Adwait and Uttara serve such a sumptuous home cooked breakfast and the highlight - almond cake and filter coffee. The morning rays along with the lemongrass infused tea gives you a good vibe for the day.Come evening, the setting sun shines like a pearl over the Gangapur lake. Adwait lead us to walk to the lake and this was such an adventure.Home cooked dinner with the pineapple sheera as dessert was a lovely way to end our night. The nights here at Nasik have magic for those who are willing to look for some !The light breeze along with croaking frogs and the singing of the crickets makes it perfect for sipping wine. We enjoyed our wines all by ourselves, no music, no speakers !The farmstay is so conveniently located close to both the York and Sula Winery, so getting a bottle of wine is sorted !We had a great time and this experience was an eye opener for us folks who live in the city and do not get a chance to appreciate nature and what it offers us. These 2 days taught us to get responsible and help sustain the nature and the Earth.Thank you for the great experience Utopia Farmstay and continue the great job you do for nature !
Great destination stay for a weekend and maybe longer. The location and view is just perfect. Being right next to York and Sula is definitely a plus. Rooms are big and comfy though they can be better. Hosts (Uttara and Advait) are gracious and good company. They also serve home cooked meals on request for groups. We opted for it and were left wanting for more. Do try their organic mangoes if you get a chance. They also gave us complimentary coupons for Sula tour and tasting which is why I added another star :P Do check them out if you are planning a stay in Nashik away form the hustle bustle, back to the basics. You wont be disappointed! PS: Its a family owned BnB, so dont expect hotel like facilities and amenities :)
Utopia Farm Stay..Amazing experience and place. Serene, beautiful, calm and peaceful which lets you to reconnect and rejunvinate. An off beat destination for weekend or long.Rooms are big with all basic amenities. Need to mention..The furtinuture in the rooms is done by the owner. Walls are coated with treated cowdung cakes. Its all organic and rustic, yet with all modern amenities. There is a dam just close-by. Sula and York wineries are in vicinity and we were provided complimentary passes for tasting and tour. The best time we had was in the evening with the desi chai (full of aroma), the melodious bamboo chimes accompanied by the sound of rain. Dont remember how long we sat there quietly listening to nature. At night it was glowing with those yellow lights. We planned our dinner at Utopia as you need to tell them in advance coz its all home made.At dinner time we were surprised by anniversary cake from them. Thank you so much Uttara and Advait for making this special day even more special. The food was amazing and yes cant forget the taste of chai.No TV, very less network connectivity which why we liked this place the most.Utopia...its an experience which I would say, is must for everyone.
Hello All,Utopia farmstay a must visit for a calm and pleasant environment. The place is beautiful built with those native houses having all antic furnitures. The rooms are cute with basic amenities. The farm has big lawn in center covered with grass carpet. The evening at Utopia is best you can have, the beautiful river view with breeze flowing around and the pleasing sunset adds color to your evening. You can take a seat at the corner end of the farm with wine and enjoy the sunset view. The farm shines like jewel at night when those yellow lights are switched on. The bamboo wind chimes plays such a beautiful rhythm as the wind flows. At night, all the visitors came up together for dinner, accompanied by host was a wonderful approach. Utopia Farmstay is an awesome place. They also provided us with complimentary vouchers of Tour and Tasting at Sula Vineyards. Finally, the wonderful host Uttara Kher and Advait, both very humble and friendly. Uttara Maam busy managing visitors, Advait on other hand keeps the moment alive by his humorous nature 🙂. Want to get lost in nature...perfect place for Mumbaikars... want to go back again... felt loved and cared ... watching sunrise and sunset was beautiful ...peaceful and joyful experience...
We stayed over night at this amazing Utopia farm stay so near to Nasik ,York and Sulla winery. Beautifully furnished cottages with breath taking lake view. The sceneries seemed to us like wall papers..We saw sunset and sunrise between the hills, with magical color changes in the sky and lake.It was just beyond explanations ,this beauty of nature has to be seen, felt and enjoyed. It was completely relaxing watch the day unfold across the lake .Very warm and welcoming hosts.
A heavenly abode, just as its namesake suggests, located in the interiors of Nashik, right besides Gangapur Lake. The farmstay provides a peaceful experience that drives one closer to nature. The rooms are clean, cosy and create a farmstay experience that is almost surreal. It is an eclectic mix of luxury and nature.
Lovely and peaceful place. The hosts were so warm and graciousHighly recommend the place to everyone and to those who would like to destressMost delicious breakfast made by Uttara and served with affection by Adwait.
Wonderful warm hosts who went out of their way to make us comfortable.
Big shout out to Uttara and Adwait 🧡 so let me begin from beginning.. the booking system was pleasing welcoming and seamless.. Sanskriti was very cordial and accepted our booking in the best room with lake view since it was my birthday on a special request she made arrangements to do so... Once bookings were made we received a WhatsApp for directions to this place and which was very easily found on Google maps.. we reached Utopia around 4 pm and both Uttara and Adwait were there at the property to welcome us... They guided us to our room which was so soothing we suddenly felt a sense of tranquility after the Mumbai (Bhiwandi traffic.. phew...) Madness... Later the caretaker, Pandhari, made for us his special recipe wali masala chai in kullad which was so amazing ... we lay on the grass and gazed at the sky...we stayed there for 2 nights and had an amazing time !!!! Uttara and Adwait and Utopia a big hug to you guys we love youll and see youll soon with our families...P.S. thank you for the surprise birthday cake you baked for me loved it !!!!!!!😘😘😘😘😘😘

A stay at Utopia is one of the best decisions youll make. As the name suggests, this place is Utopian in its entirety- peaceful, quiet and serene. It is surrounded by mountains and a lake. A wonderful escape from the hustle-bustle of the city, you wont want to leave the stress-busting environment. The charm of the place, however, comes truly and wholeheartedly from the hosts- Adwait, Uttara, Saunskruti and Saiyami. They are warm, welcoming and jovial- enough to make you feel very much at home. Conversations with them are fun, interesting and engaging. All in all, great people. The rooms are rustic and earthy, yet clean and comfortable. Weathers generally very good. Wineries like Sula and York are close-by and so are some good restaurants.Utopia Farmstay ticks all boxes from location to hospitality to environment.Worth visiting a hundred times over.

Utopia Farm StayAfter many days, the big weekend of 4 days had come.I really wanted to go somewhere and enjoy this holiday. Then we started looking for such a pleasant place here and there. It was not possible to go to the village in 4 days. And a friend of ours introduced us to * Utopia Farm Stay * in NashikName suggested. This name has never been heard of before. Naturally the net opened.Looked at the photos on the net, read the reviews and happened to visit us once Utopia Farm Stay.Contact us by phone to see all the details.Sanskriti, the daughter of the real host Advait Kher, gave us great guidance on the phone, but when she came forward to greet us with a smile, it seemed worthwhile to come to this farm.We later learned that it was going to be a great experience. After the smiling welcome, the cold kokum syrup made the life even happier.Host Advait Kher and his smooth bride suggested going to nearby Sula Wines, York Wines la andDefinitely come see the sunsetThat is what he insisted. When we visited Sula Wines, York Wines, we were greeted by another smiling person, Uttara Madam. He also gave us a very warm welcome. After seeing the sunset, the Kher couple had a frank chat. I didnt think we were meeting him for the first time.As we got to our room we started to observe our room and we became more and more surprised. Our room had the feel of being in a village house as well as the invention of various modern conveniences such as boiler, AC.The table, mirror, night lamp in our room were all very antique.I began to wonder if I had come to our village home.Bed, hooks were also very different. Each room had a beautiful variety of windows, doors, mirrors, mirror frames, window frames, tables, chairs. The walls of the house were covered with dung so it was cold in the house.Everything had an Antique Touch. With the Kher familyIt was learned from the chat that Mr. Advait Kher had worked very hard to bring this Antique Touch. They themselves had brought doors, windows from their bullets. He himself built this farm stay with the help of carpenters. The exterior of the farm had a very nice lawn. There were beautiful flowers. The atmosphere around the farm was fragrant with gold, white, red chaff and village roses. It was freezing cold here all summer. The hut was also a beautiful example of fine art. From everything here, the Kher family felt the effort and the desire to give something of quality to the tourists. The river Godavari flowing in front of the farm was pleasing to the mind. Kher family for the farmRadish, fenugreek, spinach, brinjal, watermelon were cultivated. The mind was happy to see all this and the thought that we want to leave all this tomorrow made the mind bitter again.Khers loving suggestions, guidance, affection, intimacy from time to time made us feel like we were sitting in our village, in our house, eating. The next morning, Mrs. Kher was present before breakfast. The breakfast he made with his own hands and the chat with him satisfied both his stomach and his mind.It was time to leave but the legs were not moving.Till now I had visited many places, many times outside but such a scenic place, the art here was unforgettable.Khers affection, hospitality was very greedy, overwhelming. It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post.We took a photo with them and left with all the memories. On the way, Mr. Kher said,Please miss a call when you get home. Are your people different than this ????Hundred Manisha Vinay Kulkarni
