Excellent service and trusted quality products.. dont get misleaded by new ramesh opticians. They are not the genuine brand..Original ramesh optician is at shop 1 nr suvidha shoes. They dont have any branch anywhere.They have experience of more than 2 decades.

After 40 days use Waste of Time

Very very bad experience from shop and owner. Few days ago I purchased frame from them cost around 1000/-. After some days my frame colour, and nose pad colour changes to green colors. I took the spect. to them. After observation owner (which is very arrogant person) told me that it is your fault, he said me that you poured chemical on it. I really very shocked on his reply. I said to him , Im not working in any chemical compony. After 10 to 15 minutes of discussion he took my frame and said that I send it to compony. Overall experience is very very bad , owner dont pay proper attention on customers complaint. He tries to deny the complaint and speaks very arrogantly to customer. So please think twice before going to the shop.

Very wrong attitude of Owner. He was behaving like he dont need us..i have recently purchased a spect from this shop n on same day given one more spect for repair..But when today I goto take my old spect nd ask for a spect box he arrogantly said that u must have taken the box nd if you dont u have to pay 30 Rs extra for new one.And when I said I will not purchase again due this bad experience he said ok dont purchase we dont have any problem..Shameless person he was..I recommend try another good shop rather than these kind of people.
