Sadly I returned home with huge disappointment. Reason being....1. No scented candles/ camphor2. No relaxing music, I had to play music on my own mobile.Literally felt like Ive come to some basic spa which has a single room and a table.3. (MAIN REASON) Tremendous communication gap between the front desk and masseuse. Front desk agreed for full body massage and head massage+ face scrub, masseuse did only body massage stating front desk only told for body massage.5. Also no discounts offered neither communicated by front deskIll say its average experience at the best.Humble request to other wholl read this..When you visit them ask front desk to call the masseuse and explain in detail what type of service you have opted for.Note: 2 stars given for- the effort of the masseuse

Not worth. No music no candles . Employees are not attentive. She was constantly checking time to wrap up early.Also , face scrub was included but didn’t provide in service.It felt like some local massage.

I have been to O2 spa @ express inn previously (which is now changed to some other management) - compared to that 5 STAR SPA, this one is definitely way more better!!-Owner is welcoming & knowledgeable - recommends treatments as per your plan.-Masseuse(s) are very well trained-Massages are excellent! No doubts!!--- Worth the money!!!Couple of improvements i recommend- Shower is common (not attached in the massage rooms) - not sure if this can be addressed at all- Towels could be better cleaned (should not smell of oil at all) - maybe double wash with extra soap after each use to get that oil smell out?Having said that, these 2 things are surely not going to stop me from visiting them again.Thanks!Sam

Worst spa, the therapist dont know to massage how much should be the pressure, she is just dragging your body unauthenticated therapist the steam is also not working and giving lamb excuses.Worst experience.
