We have used 24x7 server management more than 5 times to perform one off installs of CSF and FTP. Thy have performed the task quickly and to a great standard.

Ticket response time is more than 3 hours, but they said its 30 minutes on their cPanel management service order page.Also no any issue on my server fixed in 12 days and i requested refund by their 15 money back guarantee, but they waited to cancel my service untill 15th days for money back guarantee agreement expires. :)
