I really liked the ambience of the hotel. Food taste was satisfactory. The thing that I found to be unsatisfactory was the overall hygeine. Toilets and swimming pool were unkempt and unhygienic. Orders took too long to be served. And the biggest turnoff was the entrance of the place. The entrance road was not properly built and was full of potholes which made our ride uncomfortable.Other than that the management of the hotel was kind enough to serve us until late night. I really would like to thank them for that.

In summers grass resort is so osm to hangout, we as a couple loved the place service of food nd quality of food. We spent good memories their people I think you should take the move to check in once in this place

Worst service, everything is mess, no cleaning at all, water problem in washroom, average food tast and zero maintenance.Need to improve a lot!!

Third class Service non co-operative staff.. they take ur booking and after the put so much terms and conditions which are totally rubbish. *IMP* FOOD QUALITY IS VERY BADDont even think to order CHINESE they will give u MASALA RICE that also over cook rice which they charge 450 one portion. Rooms are good but not the service electricity went off in every 10 mins. Pool are also not good so much waste in it. Very uncomfortable stay.
