Owner is very sweet talking and false promises till you buy a product..after that no one cares about customer..owner does not have time to answer customers call..Edited part- after reading review I got call from the shop, the lady on the phone was quite rude and to quote her, such reviews dont affect them..as theyre in the market since 20 years

Not the man of words...While I bought my new AC, zero interest emi was promised. When I received the first month statement, it reflected more than 12% ROI. After repeated follow ups with the shop keeper, I was made to believe that my interest money shall be reimbursed, yet to be realized after more than 4 months.Now I am sure that it wont happen and I shall be paying almost 4500 INR extra as interest amount on 40k AC. More than 10%...BETTER NOT TO TRUST the confident shop keeper!
