Ordered wedding outfits for my sisters wedding from here awhile back, four outfits priced at 475 pound each. Put down deposit for this and had to wait 8 weeks for this to be made, whist waiting we realised in green street the exact same outfit was being sold for half the price we we asked for some kind of discount or at least a kinder gesture as we were spending so much. I wouldn’t have minded a simple no, but the owner of this shop, the way he treated us for asking for discount was astounding, he was rude and told us to go there without any refund and outfits. Obviously we still had to proceed with the order, but the customer service here is so bad. I am shocked.

I needed to get an outfit to attend a wedding (Im not Asian and had no idea what to get or what would be appropriate) added with the fact that Im tall it was just an impossible situation. The staff were so helpful and showed us lots of different outfits I could wear. They also helped me find something that would suit my height and pointed out types of outfits that wouldnt work. It was an all round great experience, thanks ☺️

Most of the time customer service is good, last visit we were a bit disappointed. Their stock is amazing and options to choose from, even have online shopping.

No mask wearing by staff, no hand sanitizers , no counter shield in place either when you pay so you are face to face with staff.

Very unprofessional customer dealing, poor management and very low graded overall experience .... I went for my kids eid dresses but will never go again whne I got shocked the stuff was handed over unprofessionally both staff the lady and gentleman were so rude to even listen if a customer is not happy with the stuff for any reason .... huge disappointment but I learned my lesson to never visit them again.

I would give 0 stars if can.very bad return policy bought items were the colour was coming of. Or colour was going on to skin. The lady behind counter clearly said they buy them cheaply from Pakistan and there for no returns. Very fishy !!!!!!!shop bad bad

Ordered a lot of clothes from here, all the clothes matched the pictures shown on the website. A bit of complication with one of the deliveries however, the customer service team was amazing, they sorted it all out in 10 minutes of my call. They also called me back and emailed me what was happening and what they are doing about it. Really impressed with the whole team and delivery time

It can be quite daunting spending money on an outfit that you have only seen online. It can be even scarier when you are spending a little more money than usual, particularly for a family wedding. I had many questions about sizes and colour and how it looked in comparison to the online picture. Memsaab were happy to WhatsApp me images of the outfit in its original form. Great customer service. Have ordered from here twice, the first time the picture didnt exactly match the suit I received but customer service offered a return - I decided to keep the suit anyway as it was still nice and they updated the picture of the suit online. Agree with another review that delivery charge is high. Would buy from here again. The suits are very nice.

Travelled up from London as my wife wanted some clothes for a wedding. We were going to order online but it was quicker to get here than there East London branch and they have a larger range.Pricing was very good and they have a large range on show. We were assisted by a very helpful member of staff who showed us everything we asked for and suggested more items.As is the case with every shop we visited in Luton, they only accept cash. I just about had enough but they do have a free cash machine right opposite the payment area. It would be nice to have a few seats for tired husbands and children :) We will definitely go back again.

My outfit was exactly as it was shown on-line. I’m very pleased with the outfit. Would definitely recommend and use Memsaab on line again

Lovely dresses

I have been there for the first time, staff is helpful and attentive, the store open at 10 and closes at 7:30 in the evening. Overall it was a good experience, currently there is some sale going on buy one get other half price. Interesting place to shop there for asian ladies clothing. Neat and clean one floor shop.

Great choice of stitched and unstitched suits. Just a shame you have to spend more £100 for free delivery, I feel this should be lower.

I always purchase my outfits from Memsaab for all occasions, even casual wear. The quality of fabric is excellent and their service is outstanding. They are very helpful and patient and let you take your time when choosing the outfit. My outfits have always been made on time or delivered earlier. I definately recommend Memsaab.

I have been making online orders with memsaab for a number of years now and always excellent service and clothes always delivered promptly even within busy periods when they have a sale ongoing.

I needed to buy a ready-made suit to attend a wedding at short notice and the team at Memsaab were incredibly helpful - I had no idea what styles were available but the ladies found me something that was a great fit and would suit my colouring, and I didnt feel pressured into buying. Id definitely be back here for any future events. I received lots of lovely comments from other wedding guests on my outfit. The only reason its not a 5 stars is because the prices werent quite clear on (some) of the outfits, but next time Id just make sure I ask up-front.

First time customer ordering from the other side of the world, I was very nervous. Need this outfit for an engagement, so had a strict deadline to work with. The lovely team at Memsaab Online reassured me that my order would arrive on time. They gave me exact instructions on sizing and timeline. The process was great. I absolutely love my dess. At first they made a mistake bcz on online it said they had the size L but they didnt. So memsaab online quickly gave me a message through whatsapp and said they have XL but they replied to me asap and they sent my package within 3 days.

This is one of the worst online Asian cloth selling shop. Especially, their customer service. I bought a dress for my wife. But the dress was faulty. My wife contacted customer service and they asked us to return it and they will give us different product as of our choice. But they did not. Rather they give us a credit note and ask us to place a new order, which means I have to pay all 3 postage. The behaviour of customer service is so bad and they treated us like we are stupid people. I lost my money is not a problem - but their behaviour is my problem - the women shouted at me over the phone and this is so shocking for me. After settling this issue I am never gonna to buy anything from this shop.

I was buying a dress from here, the sales assistant kept rushing me even though the shop was not busy. I saw three dresses, I was trying to choose one and she kept asking which one to pack up. I kept telling her to give me a minute, which she didnt. I then just chose a dress and she told me to pay by cash register with the (owner/manager I think). The owner was very rude, barely spoke a word to me. When I asked if she accepted card she just shrugged. She was extremely unhelpful. Will not visit again, even though the dress was really nice!

I ordered online, never have I spoken to such idiots!!! The fabric was burnt with black marks! the so-called customer service team didnt think this comes under a faulty item, the service was extremely poor! Apparently the owner was abroad and there was never anyone available to talk to I was always told to call back at a later time or date . The soup was atrocious and the service was even more atrocious definitely recommend not to buy from this place!!! They are just a bunch of lowlife thiefs with the common sense😡😡😡😡

Customer service over the years has declined, the owners have clearly made thier money and have established themselves as a success and dont seem to be bothered by the lack of quality of thier clothes which for the last couple of years has declined rapidly in terms of the cost and the material which seems tacky and poor in quality, the materials seem to rip/ tear easily too and are overly overpriced too.Hardly any offers and customer service is so poor too. Which is uncanny as thats how they built thier empire based on the customer service!

Shop at any other memsaab but abstain from this one in Luton! Manager called me a liar along with another staff member - claiming I am returning something that doesnt even match the upper garments colour!! Although that was what they gave me!!!! Uffff very bad ...

My sisters wedding 2017 and she needed a bridal set for her big day. Nazish designs at Meemsaab Luton worked round the clock to deliver a bespoke, very traditional, regal & stunning full set. My older sister also needed a set to go with her Elan suit. What can i say. Great communication, quality product, exceptional customer service. Thank you so much. Well what can i say.... brillaint customer service. Fantastic staff especially Si and Zain from the Luton branch. Both helped me with my purchases and also chasing up a pre-order items to be delivered to me asap as i needed it for a wedding occasion. Keep up the good work guys in my opinion both of you need bonuses as theres not many people who give out 5* customer service. The worst place to order1. They did not even deliever my outfit2. took a month to give refund after my husband had a harsh word with them3. Lady called rothna who works there full of excuses, as been told everyday i will get refund then wouldnt get.4. Took payment in seconds, but when asked for refund as i did not recieve outfit took a month for a refund.

Store manager in luton very rude. Unprofessional staff. Refused to give refund. Please everyone refrain from shopping there. There store was left unattended without a manager and no one could help me. 3 members of staff gave me 3 different returns policy.Beware when returning goods they will take 10% back not 5%. Rude manager, told me she will run the store how she wants without a manager wow!!!!! Staff didnt know what to do.Had to call them 4 times to get an answer. Were very unhelpful.... not to mention rude and abrupt with me over the phone.If i could i would give it no STARS. Doesnt deserve anything. The clothes were like homemade. Infact you would find better at primark.NEVER SHOP THERE!!!!
