We had great expectations from this builder as the name was highly recommended by our friends from Nashik. However, even though they have built good homes at Pune @Mango Woods, one cannot call them COMPLETE homes. This is because the project that started over 6-7 years back and have residents residing for over 3 years, it has still to see the light of day as far as completion is concerned. There are many hardships that the residents have to face, including vanishing security, inadequate supply of water etc. The society is still not registered,solely because the project is still not complete and the legal handover process has not been done as yet. After repeated requests to the builder, all that the residents get are false commitments and progress schedules which are not adhered to.Only if the builder takes serious note of the residents woes and delivers as promised, then this is by far a very charming place to live with friendly residents, who are forever in support of each other.

Dont plz dont purchase any thing from this fake group & dont trust on this fake peoples also .most of customers like us has very bad experience of them in many project .Not reliable to completion of project.we are waiting for 5yrs for completion of water way project flats with waisting of our money & time but this fake construction group not complete any wings within time & not assured us also .Dont invest & Dont lost your peace of mind with this hopeless peoples.

Purchased flat in Mangowoods Society,Pune.Very bad experience ,builder not even provided basic essential services like drinking water, security,basic amenities.Delayed possession for 4 years still incomplete society.Only fake promises.Beaware dont buy any of these properties under banner of sanklecha construction.Full waste of money and time.

Worst experience ever. This builder does not deserve my time of writing detail reviews aslo.
