Not a good place to live with family.. Whole project is in front of slum.. The construction is delayed by builder.. Asking very high price compared to the area and environment is damn bad there is always roadside guys are staring at the balcony/windows..

Inordinately delayed project. Poor construction quality. No facilities around the project for day to day requirements.

The builder had started construction of this project in 2010 and had finished 75 % of Phase I and Phase II the buildings are still not 100% ready for possession as per the sale plan and Layout. There is only one entrance for Cars and same for the flat occupiers and visitors .There is no proper security . The developer is cheat. He has included the parking area of 12• 69 sq. Mtrs into the flat carpet area.

Good project in reasonable valuation. Price may increase after completion fully.
