Very irresponsible people. I am using ESDS since 5 years but since last year its getting worst. They take 1 month to reply to emails. Their chat support is not in sync with the seniors. They evein dont refund as per policies. Worst.. Dont ever trust them with the chat support. I am in conversation with Vijay Sanus (one of the seniros) who responds to emails after months.

Worst management service at Nashik location. If you are not interested to hire a candidate please at least let her/him know. I have gone through the face to face interview 2 and half month ago Have sent 7 follow-up emails and they did not even reply to it.Worst ......... Worst

ESDS is family business,not employee centricIn lockdown they force employees to come to office otherwise they cut-off in salary.Dont join esds very bad company.They hired the employee with monthly salary 10k-12k salary.and forcing employees to work 12 hours a day.

I found them confused, I had gone for an interview which was scheduled at 3 Pm, I was kept waiting till 4 Pm after my reminder they called me for an interview finished it. Then scheduled my 2nd round on some other day asked me to present them which I did. Then scheduled my 3rd round on some other day, asked me to meet a senior person where he/she again asked to present....i was fedup taking leaves from my company, finally I only refused from going ahead......There objective of recruiting was not clear I feel.

A friend of mine was promised in the interview to be given a permanent post but it turned even when their probationary period was notified through mail she was sent an email of her appointment under another department rather than the one spoken of during the interview, furthermore when she was hired she was made to sit without any work, for almost a month and when asked for such Ill treatment she was said that the company isnt inclined to start the aforesaid Dept and she is of no use to them and readily declined her intention to work there also harrassed mentally, further more she was never given an appropriate reply when so ever asked about improvements for her position but was always asked to moved from post to pillars.
