Wonderful place right in the old town. We loved everything, the exclusive room, very comfortable bed and stylish bathroom, the roof terrace with breathtaking which is unique. Breakfast was another highlight with a selection of savoury and sweet local dishes.Last but not least the owner Gabriele was increasingly kind and helpful.

Lovely place. Great location. Excellent service. Parking away from hotel but manageable if you get explanation. Great rooms. Modern, clean, lovely views and breakfast. I would stay here again äand again.

Extraordinary place with a stunning view!

This review isn’t about the place itself, which looks incredible, but about the owner himself. I was visiting Polignano a Mare, walking around town after dinner and I happened to cut my foot. I didn’t notice until I had soaked my shoe in blood and the owner of Dimora Talenti was outside the property and spotted me looking worried. He and a few friends were outside enjoying the gorgeous summer night, took me in, got me a seat, and next thing I knew I had water, bandages, and wipes for my foot. Speaking in broken Italian and them In a few English words, we immediately figured out a solution. So lovely, caring and nice. I told them they were my family away from home (far from the US), immediately helping a stranger in need. I will definitely be staying here on my next trip to Puglia. Ci vediamo presto.

I very much appreciated the cleanliness and organization of services, the fast and punctual transfer to and from the parking lot, the breakfast terrace and the quality of the breakfast offer. I recommend to those who can financially support it to opt for the sea view room. The standard room has no window and is 12 square meters. Very kind owner and very present in communication.

It took them 35 minutes to serve us breakfast with only 1 bread each because they are finished, I had to get up at least 4 times to order and it seemed that it was my fault too. Since we had wasted so much time, we asked for an extra 30 minutes to check out and they said no. I add Whatsapp photos.

All beautiful and perfect

I stayed for two nights at this property. Dimora Talenti fits perfectly into the enchanting setting of the beautiful Polignano a Mare. The room with private balcony with sea view offers a very pleasant awakening in the morning; the room taken care of down to the smallest detail is tastefully furnished, as well as being equipped with every comfort and the right spaces. The real strength is surely the breakfast offered on the terrace on the top floor of the structure directly overlooking the sea ... you would want to stay there for hours! Gabriele, the owner of the structure is a very kind boy, available and always ready to satisfy any request. Worthy of note is the location in a central square of Polignano. The nearby parking with transport shuttle service completes the perfect organization of Dimora Talenti. Definitely recommended!

To say bad is little. We stayed asleep because not knowing the place we were afraid of not finding anything else. A damp and badly smelling room 8 square meters in total lower than the street level, the bathroom behind a window with insufficient suction, the only natural ventilation is given by a door on the street, impossible to open it without being seen by passers-by, all night with the noisy air conditioning turned on for replacement. I dont do reviews this is the first one, I said these things to the owners face when asked if everything went well I miss a “sorry” indeed he was very annoyed. In my opinion, any customer who is not satisfied for any reason is always answered Im sorry let alone customers who have slept in an unhealthy room. At no price you can make people sleep in this place.

If you are planning to stay in Polignano a Mare, do not miss this EXTRAORDINARY place.We stayed one night in Dimora Talenti and we are delighted with this stay.We were taken care of from start to finish:We had a rental car and were able to park it in a closed private car park and were driven to the hotel by private shuttle, all included in the price of the room.Our room was very nice and very clean, quality bedding.We had the chance to dine on the terrace with a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea, and really enjoyed the tapas offered by our host, for very reasonable prices. It was A privileged magic moment.The breakfast was also delicious, with fresh seasonal produce, and all prepared on the moment.We keep an excellent memory of Dimora Talenti and recommend it with eyes closed.Thanks again to Gabriel and the whole team, very professional and attentive.
