Worst customer service....pls do not vist here these guys sells used laptops and later it gives u issues every 3 months u hv to visit the shop and they do not even help u out worseeeeeee customer service !!!!!!!!

Staff was egoistic, dont well mannered, it give very bad experience during working, the technical staff is uneducated he do not have any knowledge about work, it has worst service after purchasing of product. Staff also arrogant and dont have any way to communicate.

Worst service. Check warranty of laptop before buying laptop from this shop by checking warranty online. Selling old and out of warranty laptop. Personal experience. Had to wait 15 days for dealer tax invoice copy that I require to update warranty of laptop which I have purchased from this store which was showing out of warranty online. They send me duplicate copy of dealer tax invoice that was unclear and scan by mobile camera. Requested them to send scanned copy but no response from them, instead explaining me that they can give Mobile scan copy only. Result was that my laptop warranty not updated. Dont buy from this shop and spend your hard earned money as after sale service not guaranteed.
