The premises was not that great ..need more cleaning and needs to maintain more hygiene.

Third class place. Would not recommend to anyone. Rooms are dirty and full with cockroaches. I changed my room thrice but every room problem was same. Bathrooms are unclean and the bedding is unclean too. Hotel usually remains empty. No food..restaurant is permanently closed, no room service, pathetic staff. This Hotel can close down soon Dont book at all.

The most pathetic and mood spoiling place.I went here with my friends for food.I saw this board of multi cuisine restaurant so I decided to taste the food today.As we enter the restaurant was empty, no doubt why, we ask for a glass of water which came after 15 minutes and then they give us the menu card when we asked for some Chinese from the menu card they denied.They didnt had cuisine from their menu card itself.The service was pathetic.They straightaway told us that they dont have any food and they can serve only few Indian cuisines.Worst place.

Worst hotel I have every visited. we went with group of 50 people and after looking the hotel , we had to look for another hotel in the middle of the night and shift. Manager doesnt open up his mouth. worst hotel. cobwebs not cleaned, bad bed sheets. bad bathrooms.

Feeling sorry for one and only manager managing entire hotel with 1 housekeeper and 1helper, 1 cook.Only Upma and Poha in breakfast in restaurant called Tatva where no lights, ac not working.Nothing available from menu card ...Rather outside Khau Galli has more varieties of food.Now its better not to talk about rooms which are about to die......

Decent management and food... rates cant be negotiated, if they do, will be a win win situation for hotel as well as for the customer...I felt Partner decorator not so professional and rates are too high compared to market rates ...If you want to bring in your own decorator, be ready to pay 20% extra charges of the total decoration charges...Overall experience is not so good not so bad..

Actually rated 3-star in Google... The hotel might have been started as 3-star since it has all the setup required for it, but now its old and not maintained properly...pretty much everything is worn out, damaged, might-be-working condition... Only worth 1-star...And when they say breakfast is available... It means some Poha, 2 slices of bread and half a cup of average tea...all while searching for any of hotel staff in the dining area...Overall.. just not worth it.

Hotel is at a quiet location so there is not much traffic noise. Hotel Infrastructure is good and well maintained. U have to manage yourself for basic services like taxi . But staff is professional and helpful. Restaurant food is average. Compared to the price listed in menu, Food could have been better. Auto (main mode of communication in nashik) is available just outside hotel. Room service is up to standard.Overall, Good hotel and worth the money which you will pay to stay.

The staff at the hotel is are cheaters.i had a a very unplaesant stay at the hotel. i had checked in at 7.00 pm and the guy at the recception commited to a 7.00 pm to 6.00 pm checkout next day to be counted as 1 day. but when i checked out they forced me to pay for 1 and a half day rent as their checkout time was 12.00 noon. the reception who commited did not stay on his words.they charged me for the half day on the rates that were printed on their rate card which were very high. i called the general manager but as i said the staff is totally UNPROFESSIONAL, the dont have the ethics to run a hotel.BAD STAY AND A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Recently we have booked rooms for our stay dated 30/09/2019... we have quit the room though he did not refund our money .... because if we sleep a day in that hotel i am sure we have to stay in hospital for a week .... no responsible people.... dont dare to drink water u will be in trouble.....

This is a 3 star hotel but i feel that it should not even get a single star. I felt like i am in some dharamshala. Worst staff worst hospitality. If you ask for water they will take half an hour to deliver it to your room.This is the worst experience i had in any good name hotel.

My overall view towards hotel is averagely well. I had attended family functions 3 time in same hotel. So, I am quite familiar with place, rooms, food and services. Apart from everything is quite nice except food which was not upto the level for which my family was payed for it.

Food and ambience is too good. Service is little delayed and unprofessional. Theres no parking space in the hotel. The Conference hall and family function hall is good for get together and small events. Its also close to Nasik Road Railway station.

We had been here long time back. The rooms are old styled. I think they have carpet on floor and that needed maintenance badly. Food was over priced and average.

Worst service!! Doesnt keep proper records, the waiter took money of the food bill and at the time of check out receptionist asks to pay. Matlab hadd ho gyi. No doubt staffs were behaving good but coordination between them is ZERO. TV does not work properly. At the entrance old flowers were kept in front of murtee. And that little cat roam here&there and keeps on making noises. Also the cook was so late that we went out without taking our breakfast.

I had a very bad experience. The rooms were unclean . The staff is very unprofessional. Food was bad. They offer only a single dish for breakfast. Overall quality is horrible.

We booked standard room with one double bed but what we got was two split beds whose pics appear in executive room. so according to receptionist the pics of two rooms are interchanged. so please confirm before you book.food was nice and service was awesome. I hate this hotel. This was the worst hotel, we had ever gone to. The overcharge the room, that supply your glass of milk in one and half hour at 12.30 am, they serve the complimentary breakfast like if the food is being served to dog or something, the staff is highly impolite, they waitors even misbehave with the guests, food quality is worse than one can even imagine, dont have cards as key for all rooms, you would be on your own for safety, they even opened my room when we went for a walk of 20 minutes, this was the most unsafe and bad hotel of my life. Caution, dont stay there.

I had a terrible time in this hotel, I booked a business suite which offered Free wifi. When I arrived and asked the reception about internet they said its open Free Wifi network. Their website also claims that the Wifi is Free. The Wifi did not work. I oedered dinner and complained about the Wifi not working, I had to leave the dinner in between to work with their tech staff to get internet on my Laptop. While Checking out after 2 days I was forced to pay Rs 500 for the internet and after several emails and phone calls the hotel refuses to refund it. More over the Hotel staff send me an email saying Wifi is Free but Data is not. Its like Saying the mineral water is Free but you have to pay Rs 20 for the bottle. PATHETIC SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL CHEAT HOTEL.

Went there for a family dinner. The decor was good, service ... ok, maintained well, food was good. Ive never stayed in the rooms but Ive heard theyre pretty good.

Worst hotel that could be booked under corporate booking...The rooms were unhygienic n uncleaned for ages. Bed n lenin had stains, toilet was unusable. After asking the housekeeping to clean toilets n change bedding also there wasnt much improvement.Breakfast buffet had only 2 items n was arranged in dark shady bar.Highly NOT Recommended.

It was a very pleasant stay at Orange Tree Hotel, Nasik . Perfect for a Family, Nice Service, Good Food. Locationwise also its very good. Exactly Just behind Muktidham Temple.....merely 50-60 steps away.
