Very very Disappointing!!I am a regular customer but todays will be my last visit to this shop and I will request all my friends to refrain to visit to Dattamandir Cake shopVery Horrible ExperienceBeing regular Customer I came for pre Bday cake and was planning to preorder Spl cake for tomorrowAfter selecting todays cake and I found that the sides were damagedOwner was busy In Personal calls and had nothing to do with customersHis assistants or co-partners who were wring name and packing saying had you checked cake before writing name we would have consideredFrom top cake was ok like always but side ways icing was broken and it missed the Quality Monginis known forThese fellow say cakes are mostly broken In TransportationI had been regular user and had good terms with owner I even know where he stays I have seen him below his building near Dr Balpande hospitalHopeless answer rather then accepting mistake they were covering380 cake that to broken from sidesHorrible experienceLastly I Interrupted the owner reluctantly he then responded saying mostly cakes are broken only its new normal.I told him I would never ever visit again and I request my friends not to visitI told him I had bigger plan for next day as well now I wont come for Spl cake nor will I recommend to any of my friendsOwner you Disappointed with your communicationHighly Recommend Not to visit to All Datta Mandir customers

Unreliable and cheat shop!! Spoiled my first Birthday with my wife, we visited a day prior in evening for ordering a 2 kg photo/designer cake. a boy in the shop named Pranav troubled us by refusing a lot of designer cakes we had saved on pretext weight, flavour etc. Finally he asked a simple photo and name to be edited for printout and send on whatsapp as only solution. Same was given the same night after he assured a promised delivery latest by 4 pm next day. Didnt recieve any call/ reply called at 11am next day. The shopkeeper finally took third call and carelessly refused to recieve any message. Later agreed to recieve msg but said msg was late and then said he cannot deliver today cakes made from mumbai, remember it is 11 am next day photo send previous night and I have called third time on mobile / whatsapp.He then balantly refused unapologetic ally and offered already available options.Method of Cheating :-They dont accept designer cakes and misguide people on pretext of size/ taste (as cakes are brought from Mumbai and risk of breaking is involved). They would then accept simple print cakes and Later refuse delivery for varied reasons and offer other cakes that are locally madethe unsuspecting now stuck customer now has to buy whatever is offered.Thus they are cheating people very smartly.THEY ARE BAD LIARS !! please dont trust this shop on your special day. English and showoff are just to misguide simple people.

Third class service... Very bad suggestions

One of the best shop for cake in Nashik road area. Taste and quality of the cake is good. Pricing of cake is also moderate. They also serves other refreshment items along with cake. PayTM and card payment are also accepted here.
