I have a flat in Metrozone but stayed there only 3 months during lockdown. Construction is very good with good amenities and excellent neighborhoods. But the project has been delayed so much and the entire project plan is changed .

I am an Army Officer and the owner of D-202, Kingston, in The Metro Zone......An extremely horrible experience to say the least..... I bought the said flat in 2012, with their Brochure saying that the project will be completed by 2014.....Today, in 2021, the project is nowhere near completion.... When it was concieved, it was undoubtedly the best project in Nasik.....Consistent delays and non adherance to timelines has made it a pathetic project...A clear case of how poor execution can spoil a Project.....The Four BHK building is nowhere in sight.....and not likely to be completed in coming years......My honest advice.....look around in Nasik, it has great projects in pipeline....before you decide to invest in this project.....

What can i say about metrozone.its a vast residential project and might be people loved to stay here.

One of the nice project plan I have seen. World class amenities are mentioned for each shareholder in the apartment.

Sanklecha is well known developer in Nashik and I think Metrozone is one of their best projects. It is having all luxury amenities including Amphitheatre, lawns, Barbeque Courtyard, Maze Garden etc. The concept of 2/3 BHK penthouses is really nice.
