Dr Anchal and her associates are very knowledgeable and excellent at their profession...had a knee problem ..which they solved thru posture correction and Pilates, no use of any electronic devices, hence the cure is long lasting. An absolute go to place for any problem as such...

Hello, All thumbs up to Zen Physio. We consulted with Dr. Anchal for a Physio programme for my mother-in-laws locked knee. We were in a state of panic at first but an emergency online session with her put us at ease.My mother-in-law was not able to walk without a wheel chair but just a few sessions with Dr.Anchal and her team just made a lot of difference. From letting the wheel chair go, to letting the walker go , to letting the stick go and coming to walk independently, this is what the therapy resulted in.My mother in law finds the session at Zen very motivating. Dr Priyanka and Dr Pooja are very professional and yet friendly.The environment at Zen is just so positive and every one there just keeps smiling. Every session focuses on different problems that the client has and we noticed that the strength of the knee has increased as well.

We did a post covid rehab programme for my mother with Zen Physio. I was very impressed with the way the problems were analysed and how personalised the exercise program was. Inspite of opting for online sessions, we didn’t face any challenge in understanding or performing exercises. Dr. Anchal and Dr. Priyanka were incredibly approachable which definitely made my mother feel more positive and relaxed about her recovery. Things were explained in a much more comprehensive but understandable way. We could see improvement in her health within the first two sessions itself. From the reception staff to the physiotherapists themselves, they are all professional, knowledgeable and caring. Just sharing my experience, i had injured my shoulder while working out in gym. I had severe pain in my neck and shoulder so i started physiotherapy with Dr. Anchal and Dr. Priyanka within a week i had recovered from my shoulder injury and it took me 1 more week to strengthen the muscles and in 2 weeks i am fully recovered.

I wasnt able to bend properly, it was difficult to rest on bed or sit on particular place for more than 10 minDr.Aanchal is perfectionist and knowledgeable .Her commitment towards her patients is very evident with way she explains every exercise in detail , and takes time to treat with little or no pain.The staff at Zen physio is very professional, super friendly and polite .Its very safe to visit in corona times too.
