I was disappointed with the service they provided and charged me for no reasons . The branch manager fails to give the service which they should provide.

Highly disappointing service by the bank and their employees. No value for customers time. They dont even deserve this one star.

Security allows one person to go inside.When there are five counters , atleast three customers must be allowed to go inside.

Very poor service. The staff here thinks that you are at most illiterate and the concept of CORE BANKING does not prevail here. They have made there own rules which makes you go crazy. They just want us to do all transactions from home branch (If your home branch is different) Just to reduce work load.If your Home branch is somewhere else then this is not the branch for you cause you’ll end up hearing GO TO HOME BRANCH.

Pathetic branch, not co-operative at all. How do they hire such employees? Its a new branch with such bad support, this is the reason people pay more money and prefer private banks. Strongly not recommended! When I said I will not open the account in this branch after getting such bad experience, then the branch manager says, thats ok. So this dont care attitude will destroy their future.

Best service afford by State Bank staff...the strength is less but very cooperative to customers

Im always getting disappointed from this branch, every month I gave cheque to this bank it will take 5 to 6 days.....there workers are very very lazy , its was my fault I open my account in this branch......not really good there is msz we are checking there cheque every in half hour , making fool.....worst branch of SBI....

I have always had the best help from the staff there.They are kind, co-operative and are always eager to help.

Too many customers, no parking, congested promises.
