It is basically a Parthagali Mutt temple and a community centre with a huge lawn. It is sublet for marriage and other functions. Konkani people have a temple there where their Swami comes. Their annual congregation is also held there. It had ample parking space but now with the lawns taking over the parking, all vehicles will have to be parked outside where the Sapkal group parks. Good place.
