For every type of service, you required atleast 3 to 4 hours spare time. Even if you want to purchase cellphone battery you need to take mobile data backup otherwise you may loose data. Parking space is very limited. Found Spares part prices are very high. The cost of Mi A1 battery printed on the board is Rs.799+gst but theyre changing Rs.2300/-. Such a big difference!!

Staff is good but no bench for sitting. Stand link a Army man for 2/3 hrs then slow🐌 staff announce your name then wait for payment receipt if you ask ( itna time kyu lagra hai then answer milega Sir , Sever Down hai ) 🥲3 ghante ka free time or khana kha ke jana. Thanks me later

I had an issue with my phone and after inspecting, the service center representative said that there was an issue in the motherboard and it needs to be replaced, it will cost approx. Rs.10000. I took the phone to a shop in MG road and got it fixed at Rs.450. This service center is not reliable if your phone is out of warranty. Giving 2 star because they didnt charge for the inspection.

Worst service station. My K20 pro screen guard broke and I saw online , the official website stated that the original display will cost 7,600rs. This centre told me 9,600rs this is pathetic. How can you state 7,600rs on your official website and 9,600rs on store ? 2,000 extra ? Shame !

Giving one star since negative isnt an option. All of that attendant staff(all egoist girls over there) and the billing woman carry a lot of bad attitude and arent customer friendly. Have no manners to talk. Stare at you for no reason while you are waiting for your turn. Besides, total waste of time. Dont finish there task by the time they commit to you. Expect a waste of atleast 3-4 hours if not 6 waiting for your issue getting even checked.P.S: dont get fooled by the reviews of people who have given 5 star rating.
