From last 4-5 months theri service is worst

Skylink used to be really good in their earlier days but from last 7-8 months it has become the worst. Maybe the old owner has sold the business to someone whos not listening to the users.First of all, you wont get the promised speed on the regular basis. The downloading speed is good most of the time but the surfing is slow. Their network has ping issues as well.Their support used to be really fast but now they are giving tough competition to BSNL. Usually, my Skylink internet connect gets down once a week. They dont pick customers phone call most of the time. Even if they pick it up, wont fix the issue immediately as their team isnt a professional one anymore.Being a small city, we dont have any alternative broadband provider in Narwana and thats why Skylink is taking advantage of it because they know customer doesnt have any other options.

Recently i visited narwana and by chance i have to stay there in my relatives house. they were using skylinks internet connection and it was not working at all. Then we tried to connect the company to solve our problem but no one came and problem remains the same. We were not even able to open a single webpage over this connection. I think they should shut down thiers services in the city if they dont want to improve.

I have been calling them to get connection but they are not responding, such unprofessional behavior I have to see .

Every 3rd day, internet services will be down. They dont maintain speed what they have promised.

If Skylink is given zero stars then it also seems more. Their name should not be Skylink but Ram Bharosa Broadband Service.As long as it runs like Chinese goods, but as soon as the broadband is turned off and you call Skylink, your phone will not pick up before 10 calls.And even if he got up and the brothers with skylink said that they will reach in 30 minutes, then you should expect that they reach for the next 3 hours to fix the broadband.I am skylink user since 2013 as there is no other broadband service available in my colony. I am with them ever since these people used to charge Rs 2200 per month for 2 Mbps plan due to being monopoly.But the service was not as bad as it is from last 7-8 months. Still I give 1000 rupees a month to Skylink for 100 Mbps plan but the condition is such that these people do not do it automatically till the monthly recharge, but they have to make 1-2 calls to remind them that brother please recharge my broadband plan ends has gone.And the amazing thing is that this time when the recharge was over, both the phone numbers of skylink narwana people were switched off. Even on whatsapp there is no response.If there is no other broadband service available in your colony then skylink can be used as the last option but it is not a stable and professional broadband service at all.
