Bought a laptop because it sounded cheap at the time and had the same day delivery option. Everything worked well for the first two months and then it started lagging and the battery got so weak that I had to keep the charger plugged in all the time. Five months after the purchase, hard drive crashed and when I tried to call them, no one answered for a week. When they finally did, they simply said, warranty or not, they cant do anything because of the lockdown and I should go and visit a local store. They were so rude and pathetic- even before you tell them the problem, they simply suggest you or rather shout at you to go to the local store. Forget about customer satisfaction or minimum communication ethics- what about the warranty? Now they stopped responding to phone calls and emails and my warranty period is over. I had to replace both the hard drive and the battery; bill > 7k. And the store dude told me the laptop has at least four years use on it. These are the laptops we exchange for 5-6k discount during a sale. Dont buy them because youre going to get 8gibs ram/320hhd/i5 for just 35k. Their worth is far less than that and they wont be answering your calls once they sold you those inferior products

Having previously purchased a refurb laptop from them about a year ago I approached them again as I had a good experience. Unfortunately this time i went directly via their website since the ThinkPad L412 (no ram/hdd) was not being sold on their Amazon store. The order i made as a guest disappeared without trace. After creating a login and making the same order at least i received a confirmation email however no further updates.I then sent email to get update and the only reply i received was a copy-paste of their promotional material and links to youtube customer testimonials. The same is the case when contacted via Whatsapp, instead of reading and responding to the actual questions the replies are canned copy-paste of company profile, promotional material and testimonial video links.Thankfully I ordered COD otherwise it would have added further salt to injury. Never buy from this company. This company is totally fraud. I had a bad experience with them. I ordered for a MacBook Pro and after so many communication gap finally I received the product. But within 6 months touch pad stopped working and within a year laptop totally stopped working. My 55k is totally wasted. Never buy anything from this company!!!!

They do not tell every things clear like generation of Laptop, Which year built, Original Photos, What about the battery condition. So do not recommend to buy any product from them. Also very bad talking of customer care, Just do a video call and give you a 20sec show of their office. People want clear information about products quality.

Purchased a refurbished laptop from UsedYetNew on Amazon. Keyboard was defective upon arrival. Brought it to their notice. UsedYetNew sent a technician for onsite repair, who promptly replaced the defective keyboard.Update: The keyboard has again stopped working within a few months. Bad experience.

If you wanna refurbished product , my first recommendation is usedyetnew !! I had purchased apple MacBook air it has been 6 months and its working awesomely and it still works as a new Mac !! Their services are also best !! If you wanna buy MacBooks this is the perfect place to buy !!

The phone numbers in their site gives automatic replies from WhatsApp. There is no store anymore, they are operating from a remote place. The Manager is impatient to talk any deal and has little knowledge about after sales service.
