Good KFC joint.KFC chicken is always best. Small and compact place to grab some delicious chicken. Well maintained and Hygienic place.

This outlet is sending rotten chicken. I understand during pandemic season the sales are too less but that doesnt mean restaurant should send two day old food by semi heating them. They should freshly cook the items as per demand. Also instead of 14 pieces they have sent me 12. Really awful. I have ordered food from zomato today. Zomato simply washing their hands by saying restaurant is not picking up the call. I didnt expect this kind of service. From zomato order i found a number and called but he simply said wrong number. Never order food from this outlet

Its located far away but its a good little spot to burn out some appetite , the parking area should be managed koz me ND my friend got a little uncomfortable to park the car far away due to unavailability of the space near the outlet despite they got 2 cellars for parking which are blocked.the most important part is the restroom,the taps are a bit worn out maybe, they could have replaced it ND installed a good one koz while we were washing our hands, they got stuck Upto a certain times ND turned off by themselves. The staff is attentive ND sensible , despite these odds , one can easily spend some quality time inside here. The place was hygienic too .

Worst store. They dont provide proper quantity. I have went to multiple store of KFC but its serving the least quantity.

We went for dining and most of the store was empty and all the tables are dirty. When I asked them dont you clean the tables once people leave? she replied tell us which one you want to clean will do that. So then I told them so if we dont ask for cleaning you guys dont clean? Then she replied we dont have staff for that mam I have to do it and take orders as well. OMG!! Probably this will be the last time I will be going into that. I have ordered a veg zinger. There was no proper lettuce and no cheese slice at all. When I asked them they replied cheese is out of stock. The way they are answering was just so rude..

We ordered takeaway yesterday, even after long wait, I didnt get the spicy dips that I have ordered and tandoori chicken zinger with not cooked properly, too much mayonnaise and there was hardly any lettuce, the bun used was very dry. Took almost 45mins to prepare and pack the items.This is the 2nd time that we had a bad experience with KFC Kokapet. They were not delivered full order, didn’t get the soft drink that we have ordered.Very disappointed with service. Decided not to visit this place any more.Requesting KFC main stream to give the franchise to the right people to keep up the reputation.

Waited for so long even there was no rush !!Food was ok not upto real kfc expectations. More over about staff not so polite, doesn’t looks like they are working under kfc, seems like BOSS , few staffs were using mobile even while giving up order . I have never seen such kfc staff would dare to that.Management especially manager should work on staff trainingIt’s very insulted as a customer(me) .I would give half star because of service.4 star for food .

I walked into the outlet and found none of the staff wearing face masks and shields. More so, staff was not wearing gloves and were handling food. Worst uneducated staff ever.

Customer service was ok but food was pathetic took a classic zinger box chicken inside burger was under cooked and hard. it is beside my house and i would prefer to travel 15 kms from my house if i want to visit a better KFC

Very unhygienic handling of food by the staff. Forget pandemic, even otherwise they should wear gloves while handling food. My fries were touched with bare hands while packing them. Would not recommend this place unless they improve safety standards. Next time Ill make a video.

KFC is KFC but this one got really bad service. Take away order took 45 mins on a Monday evening. Better order online. Counter is occupied by at least 15 delivery guys.
