I strongly recommend to all, Dont buy any products and services in this shop.Worst behavior and attitude to the customer. Cheating in Price.

I have given my HP laptop for repair. initially from the shop, the technicians said that the hard drive needs to be changed and then only it will work fine. I said ok to change it. But it didn’t work, then, said,OS needs to installed.I sad: Ok.And in Shop, 1st thing: I checked the hard disk has 250gb only inserted, then I asked the technician and about that, earlier it was 500gb, but now it shows less. He simply said that it just memory and too what you are going to do with that memory (something fishy does he technician and it’s really awful thought).2nd thing: He puts his company name as login user name, which he didn’t even inform me, for that he simply said that as per their OS installation process, they put their Own company name only which we must inform before to them. And lot more happened similar way usb cam concern, delay in delivery time.,All these makes me more anxiety and I would never suggest my friends to go there.So I am giving ‘1 star’ rating and I hope that they will improve by the following things to get better:- What Customer needs- Anything must be communicated on prior of change/modify- Need to be humble & polite to customer- Agreed time to deliver
