Worst service and worst maintanence, unable to provide accurate data and service, please do not choose this network

Poor responsiblity to attend complaint of thier net work

Poor service.. from 4 days wifi is not working.. no one responding

There service is waste, if you are a working professional just dont waste your money & valuable time... Customer service is hell, they wont pickup calls & neither respond.I dont know about other networks but dont go for this broadband.

There are many recurring issues with the provider. Have to call them every other day to get the issue fixed. And the most prominent issue is The Network keeps disconnecting every few seconds and Ive been assured that it will be corrected with in 2-3days many times, they still didnt fix the issue.

Its very good they give promised speed very well.

Worst service ever will not at all respond to customers, there will be no power backup box.If ur looking for good service don’t prefer ruby

Worst internet service providers its been 2 days I have taken an yearly pack. And still now I am using my mobile data due to no proper internet by them. Hope they close there company soon. No response for coustmer service and I want an refund of the entire amount that I had paid.

It’s easy to find and it’s opposite of town hall. 1st floor of a corner shop.Service is little slow and also sometimes(few) broadband won’t work.

Very responsive Internet service providers, customer service more than satisfactory, all their client connections upgraded with fibre cable.

Super network in whole world it was maintaining international standards technical team past experience was I-Phone, and Amazon present they were working for Ruby Broadband.

No Immediate Service when Net Disconnets..and They will not respond to calls..Please Be attentive to customers its u r duty while we are paying for it

Worst connection i have seen

Owner is not responding work is so delayThey check the customer patience level net is not coming to me I have been informed since one month but the problem is not solved it is repeatedly coming waste of valuble time and money.

Its just ok.Doesnt have continous network and always trouble some.

There is no Negative rating to give worst connection ever, worst technical support and poor net, my connection was 30mbps but it works only on 5kbps to Max 20kbps only.

Really friends the speed of the net is really good there is no breakages in uploading and downloading because I also tried another internet service they will tell I will give 20 mbps for less price but its fake .
