I called on a Friday afternoon frantic due to a leak and the company responded immediately. They kept me posted via email/text which was exceeded my expectations. The plumber Marco arrived on time, he was respectful, knowledgeable, efficient and just over professional. Once the work was completed, he cleaned up very well, took pictures for the record and made suggestions for future work that could be done to ensure the plumbing in our home was well maintained! Jay did a great job! He replaced two valves under my kitchen sink that had become calcified. He also did a great job replacing my kitchen faucet that was leaking with a new one. He did the work quickly, cleanly, and professionally. Plumbing Nerds does a great job and Ive been happy with them. Just one thing... they are expensive. They are terrific, but dont expect the cheapest price quote on the block.

Jorge installed a leak detection device for the washing machine. I was impressed with his care and attention to detail. He also made sure to explain the system to me when he was done. I’ve used Plumbing Nerds several times now and have impressed every time.

I called the plumbing nerds in a sheer emergency, I had to close on my condo and unfortunately the realtor was not being very nice, and would not close due to a loose shower door handle. The closing was at 10am! I called them around 6 PM the night before, they jumped right on it and sent a technician by the name of Joe. He was super friendly, professional and very efficient, excellent technician! I would recommend them for all my plumbing needs. And next time I will be requesting big Joe!!

Had to replace a valve in toilet they installed 3 years ago and charged a outrageous amount. It was that or replace the toilet! Really, after 3 years. They recommended the toilet in the first place. Would not use them again.

Plumbing needs have been here a fewTimes now. Today they came and replaced my shower/tub downspout. They have always been professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. These guys are great.

Do not call this company! They came to quote on replacing 2 leaky valves on a Manibloc Water Distribution Systems. Valves cost less than $10.00 each and he admitted would take less than 2 hours and he wanted $977.00 with the discount. $1,300 for 3 valves. and $2,700 for the whole manifold that costs about $300. These guys are crazy, not nerds.

Right from the start they were so responsive, received several text messages confirming my appointment and day of I was notified when they were in their way. They found a cost-effective way to fix a leak in a hose running from the dishwasher and the Sean did several dishwasher runs to make sure his fix worked. They were reasonably priced. I feel like they are a very honest contractor. I contacted them because they are on my condo’s preferred vendor list, I can see why! They will be my go-to for future needs.

I have used this company twice in the last couple of months and would 100% recommend them. Both technicians were so personable. Dear Owner - I would like to give constructive criticism of your teams poor management of my experience. I had a brand new hot water heater installed at my house on 3/26/2021. The plumber was great, helpful, and answered all my questions. The heater total was roughly $3500. After the plumber left, I carried along with my day. When it came time to shower, our family noticed we had no hot water. I called Plumbing Nerds at night; as your office is 24/7, I pushed to have someone come out tonight to fix the problem. However, after a few calls, I received a call from an assistant manager or dispatcher who informed me that there is only one person available at the moment, and they are in Fort Myers Beach. The person I spoke to said tomorrow morning they would have more availability. I was told most of the plumbers would get there at 8 am tomorrow (3/27/2021), including the Owner, AND if one of them could not make it, the Owner might come out. I agreed on the notion that I receive a call back around 8 am so I knew what time I should expect someone, and I can plan my Saturday Morning. Did Plumbing Nerds make me a priority in the morning and give me a callback? No, no one from your office called me to provide updates. By 830 AM I called; I spoke to Princess, who informed me I was on the schedule. After about an hour, I called AGAIN as I still didnt hear from the person I spoke to the night before, AND I still did not have clear updates on timing. Princess told me she would send a message to the dispatcher now, and I should hear from a plumber soon. At this point, I am pretty annoyed at the management of my situation: 1.) I just spent $3500 on a new water heater thats not working, and no one is setting clear expectations on when it will get addressed. 2.) As the customer, I SHOULD NOT be chasing your company around to fix Plumbing Nerds mistakes. Mishaps happen; I understand that, BUT address them and make sure your team makes them a priority. 3.) I gave Plumbing Nerds flexibility the night I realized I had no hot water from my brand new water heater. I understood that no one could come that night, so I AGREED to push it to the morning. I, unfortunately, did not get the same consideration from Plumbing Nerds as I had to spend the first 4 hours of my Saturday morning figuring out when I should expect someone to come to my home. By 1015 AM or so, I called back Princess, annoyed that I still did not hear from anyone and that I spent $3,500 on a system that did not work, and no one seemed to be making it a priority. Now that Im annoyed and aggravated NOW I get a message that someone is coming to my house. Why does the customer need to get upset to get a Plumber to address an issue? Could this have been a coincidence? Possibly. However, I would like to suggest you and your team LEARN from this experience and have better policies and procedures in place when an error occurred on a job site. Luckily in my case, the issue with my water heater was something simple. Next time, with another customer, it could be a more serious issue. Customers pay Plumbing Nerds thousands of dollars for new systems and services in their homes. Make them feel like your company at least cares and prioritizes mistakes and will take IMMEDIATE ownership of them with a clear plan of action, so the customer does not have to chase you around. Thanks for your time.

Omar from Plumbing Nerds did a fabulous job. Our hot water tank stopped working. Omar came the same day that I called. He explained everything and all of my options. The estimate was right on target also. He was able to install my new hot water tank the same day. He was very professional and I was happy to have him in my home. I would HIGHLY recommend Omar.

Everything from a quality of work stand point was done exceptional. I have spent over 26,000 dollars with the plumbing nerds and have trusted them with major repairs and remodel work. The plumbers were professional and their work was quality. My issue is with the billing side of the transactions. I was originally quoted, an agreed upon number, which I made very clear I cannot surpass this total or else I cannot agree to proceed with the job. We were all in verbal agreeance and I even received invoices in advance. I paid all invoices sent to me and cleared my balance. Fast forward a month later I was charged again for a services that I had already paid. I attempted to plead my case and provide proof of payment, but was told this was an amount I still owed. We were unable to reach a mutual agreement and the closing of this project has left a sour taste. I am not satisfied with the outcome, but I feel this is as far as they are willing to take it. It’s very unfortunate this ended the way it did, and other customers should hear my story. I enjoyed the actual plumbers that came out to the site, they were very nice guys.

Our well ran dry on Monday we were hooked up to city water on Wednesday. The crew is amazing and they worked quickly and intently on getting our water issue fixed in a timely manor. Recommend them 10/10. Thank you to our great 24 hr rep Shane who came and diagnosed the problem at 8pm on Monday night!! Trustworthy company that works with YOU not against you.
