Exactly as what you would expect from store with this name. Three stars just for fact, that closing time 20:00 means, that doors are locked in 19:35... But they can afford it. Disney is just Disney and you dont have to try for any good customer experience.

Even being an adult, I love Disney and all cute cheerful things for home you can buy in their shops. This shop in Naples isn’t big, they mainly sell toys and clothes for kids. But you can also find mugs, bags, notebooks and so on. I’m usually amazed by the design and love the style and colors. However, recently I’m not impressed with the quality. You can see that many accessories have a really low quality despite quite high price.

So enjoyable, just as the other Disney stores around the globe. Employees could learn a bit more english since its a touristic destination but everything else just perfect. Even with the language barrier they were very helpful all the time and answered all my questions.

Back to childhood!!! I love it

Its a good store. A small store. It has many of the disney objects however most of the limited edition objects come in very limited quantities and time. The workers are friendly and gives a good customer service. Prices are very high. (A 15cm small plush toy costs about 25 euros). So its actually not a good place with reasonable prices in my opinion .

There is little to say about the world 🌏 of plush toys and those who love them, fairy tales and cartoons, superheroes and science fiction films, a world for the little ones and for the big ones where anyone can dive, cups themed, beautiful and particular themed books, clothes, sweatshirts and hats Marvel and Star Wars, hundreds of wonderful articles and fabrics, where you can not go without having embraced at least a mouse ❤️, my rating of 4 stars and not 5 is penalized for the prices, which often touch the ridiculous, being a world-famous shop and of wonderful fabrics the why and other products are handled and embraced by 100 people a day and it is not the best to buy a stuffed toy already embraced by dozens and dozens of people, as there is no staff that forbids doing it ... the store in question is located in via Toledo a main street is rich in tourism and Neapolitans, very central and convenient to reach even by metro 🚇, shop with attention to the smallest details to make everything magical for any child cross the threshold of entry. The shop is a real paradise for the little ones, it is really a pity that they are closing all over Italy.Starting from this assumption, the shop is well stocked and meets the expectations of those who enter.I was very satisfied with the stores internal policy of preferring contactless payments, for obvious pandemic reasons and avoiding contact with cash.There are accessories and gadgets of all kinds including clothing from the smallest, the real centerpiece of the store, to the older ones with very tasty sweatshirts, T-shirts, etc. The point in favor of the store is that it is very large and allows the entry of 54 customers at the same time.

Cute. Too bad for the price

The Disney store in via Roma is beautiful, you can find toys for all children of any age including babies. I went in to get a bag of mennie and mickey mouse cost 2 euro beautiful I wanted to have a sweet cuddle. The staff is very courteous and trained they pay attention to measure the temperature and sanitize the hands. Spacious and welcoming, it feels like entering a fairytale Ill be back!

The chain of stores is great, the toys always beautiful .. but my last experience was under pass.Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling and Euros, with an exchange rate of 1.60 which has never been seen before. If I could, I asked to pay in Pounds (£ 15 instead of € 25), the law would allow me to do so as there is the coupon displayed which is valid as an offer to the public), the young saleswoman denied it, deferring the responsibilities to decisions taken by the managers I can understand, I didnt argue, except to stay there when after a few minutes I saw her in turn scoffing at my legitimate question, gesticulating, with another client. It seemed to me a very unprofessional behavior for such an important brand, perhaps the company should spend more time on training.
