Been here a few times and this place is awesome! Over three weeks since my last appointment with a no chip manicure that still is 100% intact. They do great work, some of the longest lasting services Ive ever had!

New salon. Very clean. Staff was very friendly. Beautiful job and a gentle touch. I got the basic pedicure and a basic manicure. Highly recommend!

I used to really like this place, but the past couple times i went, my artist rushed through my nails either to get home or to serve the other people who are coming in when they’re understaffed. the shapes of my nails and the nail art end up being way below the store standard. i know they can do better and it’s frustrating. attached is the most recent pic of my nails and the nail art inspiration

I made an appointment for 3 to get pedicures. Two of us were serviced in a timely manner, but the third person did not get serviced until the other two were already finished. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment for 3 when we don’t get serviced together? This was my first time at this nail salon. The only upside I liked was how many no chip colors they had to choose from. The establishment provided the third person with a gift card to try to compensate, but we will not be returning.

This was our first time here. We had an appointment for 3 of us. The other two were getting their pedicures while I sat in cold water the whole entire time until one of theirs were done. We made these appointments days in advance and ultimately I ended up leaving without getting anything done because I wasnt going to make my friends sit there for another hour to watch me get my pedicure done. I understand not being able to start off at the same time all the time until someone frees up but I literally had to wait the whole entire time until one of my friends were done.

The worst experience EVER!! My first and last time going to this place. The guy who did my nails choose the wrong color plus he made my fingers damaged twice! My nail edge are bleeding when I left the shop. No kidding. They just want to rush finish the job and not doing well. Oh btw, they over charged me. They saw I’m unhappy and not even apologize, instead he over charged me. I paid $100 for two basic pedicure and $10 for the bleeding nails and his mistake on color. This is called robber. I DO NOT recommend anyone going there place.

I have been coming to this place for 3 years and I used to loved, yesterday I went there and the person who assisted me complained about the tip amount I gave a previous time. He said that it wasn’t enough and I had to give more, also he wanted me to get a different design to charge me more, the final amount was higher than the one in the list of prices, I am very disappointed, won’t be coming back.

I had my nails done. I cant say enough great things! Im new to nail art versus regular one color nail jobs and this was an experience that will have me coming back every two weeks for more!

I went to this place and got a deluxe pedicure. However that will be the last time I go there. While they did a great job removing all my calluses they gave me an ingrown toenail due to clipping the nail to short or using unsanitized products. My foot has been red and swollen for the past 3 days and is even difficult to walk on. My friend got a full set and after leaving we noticed the polish was bubbled up and rough whenever you run your fingers over it. I would not recommend this place.

Everytime i’ve come here with an appointment I still end up waiting over an hour to even get started on, i have also walked out a couple times. After my nails are on I wait another half hour to get them painted. Ive seen this happen to many other costumers there, some wait more than 2 hours. Overall it’s not a fun experience unless you want to spend most of your day there.

I came for mani and pedis. Upon arrival the staff quickly acknowledged us and greeted us with a warm smile. They were very clean!! I will definitely be recommending this place to others!!

I went for the 1st time last Thursday & am not happy with my results. I recently relocated to Chicago from Atlanta and this place is close to my office. I get SNS manicures regularly so I knew what to expect going into this new salon. However they do things a little bit differently...For starters she only dipped my nails twice in the color and I had to ask a couple times for her to dip them 3x because depending on the color, it can become brittle and 2 coats sometimes is too weak, so I always get 3 coats of a given color. It was an ordeal to get her to do that.Next, the same woman did not want to address, file or clip the dead skin off of my callus on my pinky toe. Even after her boss explained to her what I wanted, she barely touched them so again, I did not receive the same service that I was used to getting in my old salon.Back to the SNS, the way they do the top coat is different too- - Im used to getting 2 coats of the clear top coat & then just letting it air-dry for 5 minutes upon which Im done. At TK, they put some kind of coat on and then they put my hands under the blacklight for 60 seconds each and then youre done. The owner told me that the nails look shinier doing it this way. Yes they look shiny, but literally the next day a lot of the top coat chipped off so now my nails look raggedy whereas before they would stay shiny the entire 2 weeks.I have attached some pictures a week into my SNS manicure. A MESS! This topcoat started flaking off on day #2 and it has been downhill ever since. Just look at the pics-- this is not even all of my fingers, but there are chips on pretty much all of them. Needless to say I will not be visiting this nail salon again.On the plus side though, the owner is very nice and I did like her, but the person who did my nails seemed very reluctant to do anything extra that I asked of her such as three coats or scrubbing off some of the dead skin on my callus. I didnt appreciate that at all.

I didnt catch my technicians name but she was very meticulous with her work. I am most impressed with the prep work she did before polishing because my gel polish is still intact and look so new 2.5 weeks later!

Was not acknowledged and could not get service when I walked in. Sat there for 15 min and then they greeted the people who came in after me. I got up and left. It was absoulutley ridiculous.

It was my first time in this nail place. I made the appointment the day before, and said 5:30 is okay. I called same day if I can move it to 5:00, they said 5:15. I got there 5:15, I didnt get seated until 5:20 ish. They didnt start my pedicure till 5:50. I asked for my ingrown to be removed, she said she can. Then she made me bled. I originally asked for acrylic on big toes to get a better shape. Then she insisted I didnt need it anymore, so I just said okay thats fine just do no chip and get me outta here before 7pm. But my toe nail shape is really bad so I said do the acrylic. But either way, service here is not the best. They take hellaaaaa long. Looks like inexperienced people. And shes deciding after I requested what I wanted, thats so aggravating. This is my worst nail salon experience I swear. Ive been to a lot, and this is the worst. The worst. Never coming back fasho. Im not saying everyone will have the same experience, but this is what happened to me. Theyre just slow in general. Didnt step outta that place till 7:05. So yeah, I still paid and tipped cuz they spent their time on me... A lot of time that was unnecessary. And of course my big toe nails are just uneven.THEIR GOOGLE REVIEW OF 5 STARS ARE MOSTLY FAKE REVIEWS.

It was perfect. 💅🏽I like artsy nails so I brought my own acrylic color that I mixed. They were very willing to use it and it turned out sooooo pretty 😍 I am infinitely happy with my nails. Theyre great 👍🏼 get your nails done here keep them in business!!

Had to wait for an hour and a half after my appointment time to get my nails done. my nails were rushed, and ended up sheer and not the shape i wanted. they took too many appointments and they had extremely poor management.

Went for an appointment and felt very safe being in that environment during this time. Got my first dip nails which was great! Lee does a wonderful job! I did have a hiccup with the clear coat and for some reason it did not settle well and looked all ridged -- once I mentioned it they asked me to come right back to have them fixed, no question! Kayla fixed them the next morning for me and they are perfect. Thank you Lee & Kayla for the awesome work! Very professional and kind!

I had a great experience here. I walked in for my appointment and was sat down right away. I got a full set of no-chip acrylics. The person that worked on me took her time and was very meticulous. I walked out with exactly what I asked for going in! Thanks!

They ALWAYS do a nice job on my nails! Very kind, courteous, and professional. This is the only place I ever go to get my nails done! Also w/covid, I feel very safe in how things are set up and spaced apart. They have a plexiglass barrier w/the manicures, and the pedicures have a drop down (from the ceiling) plastic shield. They all wear masks, everything is constantly cleaned, and equipment autoclaved. All customers must also wear masks as well and have their temperature taken.

Very professional and clean salon. The nail tech treated me as a friend and she did an amazing job on my nail dip. Totally obsessed with the way my nails came out. They also did 8 yr old manicure with the cutest colors, she was happy with the results. They have me as a customer for life. Thanks again and keep up the good work.

They are super nice people! I had a basic manicure. They spoke great English! The mom of the 3yr old daughter was so funny with stories about her daughter. I’m sorry I don’t know her name but I am going again this week to have her do my pedicure! She is thorough and fast. She did a great job. Just turn on some music low maybe is all I would probably say😉

They all wear names tags. It’s roomy there and relatively clean for a busy working nail salon. I didn’t have to use the bathroom but if I ever do I’ll report if it was up to good standards or not. The staff was all friendly and I admired their all pitching in to help one another.Been there again for months. Like the staff and friendliness!

I have been coming here since 2010 and it is my favorite nail salon and the only one I will ever go to! I don’t trust anyone else with my nails other than these technicians. I get the dip manicure and they do an amazing job every single time. They can master any nail shape I want and have been able to keep up with all of my nail phases throughout the years. Kayla and Steve are my favorite! They are not only polite and friendly but they actually do an amazing job with my nails. And they always have bags in their pedicure chairs which is super important to me! Overall, I would definitely recommend them to everyone! ❤️

My boyfriend and I got a manicure also a pedicure done before the 4th of July for the first time after quarantine. The lady who worked on my toe nails was a little rough but I didn’t say anything because it was my first time here. For my birthday I decided to get my nails done at my salon and come to find out I contracted TOE FUNGUS from this place! I have never had an experience like this and I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The manager treats you like a celebrity, the staff is kind and immediately greets you at the door, and their service is the best Ive experienced at a nail salon. Ive been going to this salon for about 2.5 years and love it so much that while house hunting, I mapped each listing to T K Nail Salon. The overall atmosphere of the salon is calming. Have been going to TK for a few months now. They are slow about getting you started on at your appointment time. It’s usually about 15minutes late. But besides that the services are fantastic. I have coincidentally had Steve the past 3-4 times I’ve been and I will definitely keep going back to him!!

This is my favorite nail place to go to in Naperville!!! Kayla always does the best job with my nails, she pays so much attention to detail and perfection!! Every time I come in to get my nails filled, she makes sure that my last nail appointment lasted me for three weeks. They really care that you’re happy with your nails, prices are great, and they even provide customers with Christmas gifts 😊 their pedicures are also the best, always so relaxing. This is overall a great nail salon!

Overall bad experience.

I just got my nails done.The lady was freindly but not as detailed-oriented as I would hope.Firstly,she never asked what shape I wanted and I didn’t know when in the process to tell her, therefore I ended up with square.I chose my color and told her I wanted an accent with the silver I picked.She forgot the silver and then I asked her if she was going to do the accent and she said “oh.” Then she did a second coat of the regular color and realized she forgot the accent..so she put it on top of the purple instead of removing it. This resulted in uneven drying and my accent nail is messed up . I’ve been to the other TK and the service is better.

Great gel no-chip manicure. Clean environment. Very friendly and accommodating.

I got a dip color service because the great benefits of not having to use the UV light. The lady who did my nails cut corners and used no chip top coat on my nails and place my hands under the UV light, resulting in my nails chipping in days of my services ( no chip and dip color are Not suppose to be mix together they are two different formulas!). I went back to have them fix it which lead to my nails being damage even more. The lady scrape my nails in the process of them correcting their mistake resulting in horrible bumpy lines in the polish.Im the last person to complain and personally try always be very respectful in situations like this but when your paying around $50 plus leaving a great tip which I always do with being hair dresser, I expect better service. Apology would have help but I feel that the mistakes made the second time of me coming in to have the correction made was a sneaky “F*#% you”.I was a first time client and a last time customer.

I heard good things about here and wanted to see for myself because it was less expensive than my regular nail salon. the first time i went the man who did my nails was very nice but he did my cuticles soooo dirty. i thought maybe it was just a bad experience so i gave it a second chance, stupid me. had a different lady, did my cuticles dirty again. absolutely atrocious looking. waste of time and $$. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend. if i could give 0 stars i would. i dont know how to add pictures but if i did you would be appalled.

This was great I got a spa pedicure and I loved how this lady did her work! It was little busy when I got there and wait about 5 mins. My 2nd time getting a spa pedicure here and still feels great! Woman named Lena, we had good conversation and made me comfortable. She gave me little extra time giving me a leg and foot massage. while I was getting the pedicure, the music that they opened make me very relax and enjoy the service.The shop was clean and do like the tvs on the wall, good idea for those people who wants to watch something while doing nails. Im a man and I do clean my nails every few months at the shop. I would definitely come back here again!

OMG ! Worse experience ever! Went for pedi/ eyebrows waxed. Lady was very rough - the whole time! There was not a pleasant moment while having my pedi done.i asked her couple times not to touch one of my fingers, cause its hurting and she kept touching it over and over again.and me screaming in Pain didnt stop her at all. Language barrier? Maybe...overall results were ok, but I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!

Turn around find another place.Went in for pink white full set what a mistake. 5 inches of white no pink. Went back the next day saw the same girl explain that I had to pay for whole new set, she did not say anything. What a joke!! I had to got another place to get replaced Lee Nails in Bolingbrook. I went there last night and was extremely disappointed with their service. I called for a 5:30 appointment and when I got there, sat around for a half hour. If you schedule an appointment, you shouldnt have to wait a half hour. I walked out and went across the street and they did a fantastic job. I do not recommend TK Nail Salon. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
