I was travelling from Bir (Himachal) to Delhi last night, and the bus stopped here for a break.I had dinner in Solitaire. Buffet was for Rs.250 per person, which I opted for.The food was oily. You wont be able to have much of it. Chicken was still pink inside, so was definitely not cooked throughly. Chapatis were hard. Service was slow as well, had to wait for chapatis to be delivered.

Unprofessional behaviour of staff , taste less food i leave the whole meal just after having one bite , it was smelly & blanned. Staff was highly unprofessional doesn’t know how to deal with the customers staring towards female co- travellers place seems danger and uncomfortable disgusting service!

We enjoyed our dinner here. The hotel is clean and dining area is well decorated which gives a decent ambiance. Food is little bit expensive but tasty. Service is little bit slow but the taste compensate it well.

Our bus from Dharamsala to Delhi stopped at this hotel. OMG, the place is quite shabby I must say🙄Although social distancing was followed quite well, the premises we dirty, the dining hall where we were offered a buffet dinner was filthy.We only had very few items in the buffet and were charged 250₹ per person.Instead we asked if we can order a-la-carte and the staff obliged. We took tandoori roti and sweet lemon soda. All these were extremely delicious and the staff obliged to our request, although normally they only serve buffet dinner.This is the ONLY reason why this place got more than one star rating from me. The staff is very helpful and willing to accommodate our request. Great job!

Staff member who is inviting for buffet behaves very rudely and food quality is also poor .Its better to take tea only rather than having dinner here.

Our bus on route to Delhi from Kangra, gave one stop at this point for half an hour. The area was quite clean. I didnt tasted their food or neither I stayed at the hotel. This place is 26KM away from Anandpur Saheb.

Here you only find civil and government busesThey are halting for dinner and that time this hotel is found more crowdy then usual days ।Here you get best quality food and drinks.Rooms are also available for families and guests.No issues related to parking.Toilets are sanitized. So be careful

The prices are way more than expected. Food is not of good quality. At night they give us buffet only which costs ₹250. They are fooling us because people in the bus going from Himachal Pradesh to delhi, at night they are hungry and in helplessness they have to eat what the hotel is offering.

This review goes in-line with the other reviews.Its a small hotel but somehow very popular amongst drivers. Most buses coming from Himachal make a stop here. This place is really crowded and hence most things are overpriced. Washrooms are small and cant accommodate passengers from even a single bus.There is a buffet system in place for which you have to pay 250₹. If possible, Talk to your Bus operator beforehand and force them NOT to make a stop here.

Waiter kept checking if we were sharing out buffet food Or not. It was pretty uncomfortable. Dhabas are much better than this so called hotel

On our return trip to delhi from dharamshala. Our bus halted here. The food was buffet of Rs 200. That included honey chilli ghobhi,chole, rice, chapati, kheer, some paneer. Very similar to shadi buffet. However it was worthy. Washroom were sufficiently clean. Didnt saw sanitizer any where.

This is basically a halt for many volvo buses... The provision for buffet dinner during the busy hours of bus halts is a very good plan for management in large numbers... And also at reasonable price.The food is average in taste but the good thing is that they serve you fresh bread, instead of taking it from a pile as usually happens in such places.. travelling people can count on the food during travel

A place located in Himachal and Punjab border with good food...veg and non-veg too available Indian continental are also there is a buffet system with reasonable prices which is good.. 300 rs per head.Nice they have just tied up with buses and making happy of the travellers by serving them food, the cost of that food that they also have rooms if you want to stay they have this type of facility for guests.Truly speaking there is no other choice except this so that’s the reason they have monopoly too in the route while travelling to Dharamshala.Decent place for a stay.Nice and clean rooms.Room service could be better if they put some separate staff for room service.Staff is cooperative and somewhat well trained. All in all not bad experience.If you are looking for an ATM nearby so thats great.

Awesome food taste. Good midway stop for buses. Rather than the Himachal tourist bus stopping at little dhabas, this place is a standard in eating. Reasonably priced Buffet dinner at Rs. 300 including taxes. Other options like poo bhaji, sandwiches and burger also available. Should have more space in washroom. Got people waiting in line outside!! Should have a tap outside.

Pathetic food

Our bus stopped here while returning from Bir (all the tour operators bus stop here). Definitely the worst place Ive been to. The food was very highly priced. (Tea-₹40, Instant WaiWai-₹100, etc.) One of our co traveler complained of no toilet. The staff that we dealt with were very rude. They were even ready to fight everyone. Even our bus driver and his helper werent given food.If your bus stops here, probably just sit inside comfortably instead of going out.

They will insist you for Buffet. However, its only for 300/per person as on Dec. 11th, 2018 so of you can eat much you can go for it. Service was very fast. I opted for Ala carte it was little bit expansive comparing to other food Dhaba/Restaurant available on the highway. But tatse was really nice. I ordered Punjabi Daal & Tandoori Roti.

I wish i could give rating in minus. This is most pathetic eating joint i have ever went to. The shops outside the hotel are selling products on rates more than MRP. When we objected, they started fighting and all other hotel staff came to fight with us. When we tried to take picture of the staff for complaining, they snatched our phone and misbehaved badly. They are just making money by fooling people. Washrooms are really pathetic... I request buses going from Dharamshala to Delhi, not to stop here. Worst staff. Worst hotel.

Stopped here because the bus in which I was travelling from dharamsala to Delhi took a halt here for dinner. First of all, everything is overpriced here and not even to a justifiable limit. Every item is priced more than double of what it should legitimately be. The place looks shabby and toilets are dirty. Even the chairs and tables were not clean. Better to buy snacks or soft drinks from shops outside. Even they are over priced. Wouldnt want to go there again.

Overly expensive place for food... It is a usual stop for buses so they charge a lot for everything.. everything is above maximum retail price.. almost twice.. 1 star for the free toilet.. it was not clean too.. disappointed with the place..

Volvos stop here for food. They serve decently priced main course buffet with little variety. Vlovo buses stop for half an hour only. Thats the catch.

HORRIBLE, PATHETIC, DISGUSTINGThey dont even deserve a star. No breakfast only sandwiches they have for breakfast. And that too if its not raining otherwise you will be getting those stale, tasteless sandwiches after 11 am or god knows when cause the cook is coming from some other village. They dont even know what hospitality is. Guy on the reception doesnt even know basic addition to make a checkout bill. And if you want to pay the bill through card they will say kindly pay in cash, if not completely then partially and that too when it is written on their reception that all cards are accepted (even paytm). No housekeeping was done, food is complete bland.PLEASE DONT STAY..

Money oriented selfish people who care to earn only money and not the customer satisfaction. Our bus from McLeod gani to delhi halted here for a small 30 mins break at night around 12 these buggers had to offer buffet dinner that too 250 ₹ per person and you cant not share that with anyone else. Such a pathetic place n people mentality to do business. Highly disappointed and would not recommend anyone else as the reason is quite straight forward in 30 mins you dont get food if you go and order, by the time the food comes and you start eating it the driver starts honking the horn of the bus you are travelling in as he has to leave on time and reach on time. The coffee outside was ok ok types you wont find any fast food variety in here and they dont care what you want they will say we have this. Better you carry your own food and eat it in the way. Just use their toilets for courtesy. The number of toilets are very less too... Lolzzzz, you gotta wait if someone is inside or more than 2 people are there. 2 star just for the sake... My experience, bad experience...

Clean place

Decent place for a stay. Nice and clean rooms. Room service could be better. Staff is cooperative and somewhat well trained. All in all not bad experience. Has an Atm nearby so thats great.

Good food pure Punjabi taste, nice service, warm welcomed and best part they speak the way everyone love to eat here. I enjoyed a lot. They provide buffet service too with pudding sweets and it was delicious.

This hotel is locayed on the road leading to Nangal to Una.This land is on the name of one resident of village Kalsera.Hotel solitaire is good for residents aswell to the travellers. Many Volvo buses also stay here at night. In startup the owner Mr.Kohli providrs best service.The material catters better supply but now I visited on 1t.8.17 the service is very poor and material for eating is supplied is also not good.It was presumed thede were of fridges keeping material.The rates has also been increased comparatively other hotels in Una or Mehatpur which is 100 metre away from him. So it is better for Local residents as thete is no any option with him nearby.

Very Disgusting Hotel, Prices are very high, food quality is very poor, If your Volvo bus is halting here for Lunch or Dinner, I suggest you *not* to have food here because they serve very pathetic food at very high price. better you carry your tiffin or have food once you finish your journey.
