VERY PATHETIC EXPERIENCE. PRODUCT REACHED NANDYAL FROM HARYANA IN THREE DAYS. BUT IT TAKES FOREVER TO REACH TO ME FROM NANDYAL BLUEDART OFFICE. THIS IS THE WORKING NATURE OF THESE PEOPLE. IF THEY CANT DELIVER TO HOME AT LEAST THEY SHOULD INFORM TO TAKE THE PARCEL FROM THEIR OFFICE. THEY DIDNT EVEN INFORM ANYTHING....... SUCH AN IRRESPONSIVE AND WORST PEOPLE.

Item was reached the location three days before to nandyal but still now it is not delivered and I am trying to call bluedart office but they are not responding.

They didnt try to deliver consignment, but updated status saying Consignee not available at location.Not a first time.This is a repeat experience.I made a call to Hyderabad office and got local office phone number.Not a surprise, he was out of office, with the office mobile with him.
