I actually had a good opinion on IFB as it’s a big company in kitchen as well as home appliances. So I opted it for purchasing chimney over online because of after sales service. I went to the showroom, selected one chimney which was suggested by the store and paid the full amount. Initially he told that it will take one week for delivery. I thought ok as mine is town. Then after one week it keeps on extending one week saying that stock is not there in entire AP. After almost one month also, we haven’t got our product and still they are extending the time for delivery. Thanks god that atleast they have refunded my money back. Please think twice if you’re going to IFB store in Nandyal

Very bad service provided by ifb care.i purchased AMC last year.Technician came to my house and said one problem arise (mother board ) replace mother board on jan 26 th 2019.till to day nobody coming my house to rectify.every time book ticket for technician through toll free no,they reply me msg as costumer not contactable, customer rescheduled.AMC time limit also one month only. Very bad service provided by IFB.
